Mr. Salim, You are a service advisor yourself at another dealership so I am sure that you understand that missing or damaged parts are not covered under warranty. You had the vehicle brought in to us on a tow truck because it would not start. We properly diagnosed the problem and you refused the repair. As an act of good will we kindly had a technician come up with a temporary fix to make the vehicle driveable for you, so you didn’t have to tow it again. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the Subaru vehicle that you purchased pre-owned from a Kia/Hyundai dealership, but we are more than happy to repair it for you and get you back safely on the road.
