I called early Monday to find out what was going on... they avoided me all day and at 3pm when I talked to a supposed "manager" I was told it had SOLD - to somebody else. Knowing all day I was waiting back to find out what was going on. Then called the owner/Greg Rairdon about it- he couldn't even bother to call me back, which says SO MUCH about what kind of person/business he is/has. Apparently customer service isn't a consideration unless they can make a a buck off of you. They definitely are lived up to the slimey dishonest title of USED CAR SALESMAN. If they did this to me without ANY concern, what are they doing to others? I hope Karma helps them go bankrupt. More

Several miscommunications internally between salesperson and management caused confusion on when to pick up our new car. Several calls and texts conflicting with one another were made to us regarding when to pick up the vehicle. Once we got the vehicle, (its great by the way) we were told that the general manager would call us the next day to talk with us and to "make it right". This was repeated to us several times by the sales manager. The general manager still has not called and its 3 days later. This was the worst purchasing of a car ever. I am a long time subaru owner and have shopped at this dealership when it was owned by Scarff and it was amazing. The new owners model leaves the customer in the dirt...sales first customer second. Please note, I very rarely write reviews but this experience was over the top messed up.! More

Great customer service! Friendly staff. My only issue is that a few items which were in my center console were on the floor behind the console. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMIL WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY OR CO WORKERS. Service Manager Hubert Jeter was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SUPER DEFENSIVE, xxxxxxx, and xxxxxxxxx. I brought my vehicle in for a no start concern and the vehicle randomly dying on me at 2:30AM, and the result was to replace an entire engine harness because there was "damage" done to it. I have NEVER touched my car since I have owned it and nor have I had anyone else besides a Subaru Dealership where "Professional Technicians" are trained to do so. Of course the damage was done at their facility and claim it wasn't done, my car is 2016 Hyper Blue Sti with only 14, XXX miles on it. As I was told from the technician who worked on the vehicle and the service manager "Once the engine harness is disconnected it will prevent your vehicle from running.", now why would I want my car to stop working in general to begin with?! Its super frustrating that the dealership can't even own up to its own mistakes and yet want to charge me $4,000 + tax! Forgot to mention they also CHARGED me $80.00 + for diagnosis, when clearly my car is still under its FACTORY WARRANTY! I will definitely be taking this up with Subaru Corporate of America. More
