I tried for over a 3.5 weeks almost daily to make an appointment and wa I received a mail notice about a recall on my 3 month old 2018 Subaru Impreza. I tried for over a 3.5 weeks almost daily to make an appointment and was either left to voicemail with no returned calls, or was told they were “short staffed and too busy” to make an appointment. A couple weeks after my recall was finished I took my car in for it’s first 6000 mile service. I was told the appointment would be approx 90 minutes. I waited at the dealership and after 90 minutes was told by staff that the mechanic had “spilled the oil all over my engine” and it would be another hour while they cleaned my engine. After 2 hours of them idling my car, driving my car around trying to burn off the oil and smoke they told me it was as good as it was going to get. I was told to drive with my fan all the way up and windows rolled down in pouring rain as the smoke should burn off in a few days. Subaru of Auburn provided hardly any compensation for what happened. They didn’t replace the gas in my tank that was used while running and driving my car for 3+ hours, they only offered a $10 discount and told me there wouldn’t be a manager in that I could speak to for 5 days. The dealership is unprofessional and doesn’t offer any compensation for their consequences that THEY created. More

I was given a demo car and never told about it during the whole sales process. I was only given one car key and now they are asking me to drive up 60 miles to dealership again to get a second car key - for a new car purchase! More

I found that we needed 30k service done. I also found out there was a recall that needed to be done. After telling me they could do it all right away with about a 2 hour wait, I agreed. Jessica my service advisor approached me a couple minutes later and apologized and said they only had 1 technician and were not going to be able to complete today. I was offered a loaner car or a ride home to leave my car overnight. I took a ride home. I was called the next morning to say that my car was complete. They offered to come pick me up but I already had a ride. My car was washed and looked great. I realize that situations sometimes get screwed up but I appreciate the honesty from Jessica and she was very professional how she handled the issue. I have purchased a number of vehicles in the past many years and I have definitely enjoyed all interactions with service members here. Thank you More
