Buyer beware inspect your vehicle and paperwork before payin This is Mark again, this is my second review on Auburn Nissan. Beware this dealer they have not changed in their ways even after changing ownership. I This is Mark again, this is my second review on Auburn Nissan. Beware this dealer they have not changed in their ways even after changing ownership. In my opinion,I think they still have many of the original employees. I am 61 And for the last 15 years I started to use dealers to service my wife's vehicles. Now here we come to my experience with Nissan of Auburn; Below is a short and long story! I called the service department.I asked the service person, to look up when my wife her wiper blades were replaced. It was Feb 2016 when she had and Oil change. So,back Feb 2016 Auburn Nissan had replaced her wipers assembly and inserts ($80) with new auto sub parts, a composite wiper cost ($25). Now. if she wants to have inserts . She will have pay for new wiper assembles! To shorten the story, my wife and I met with a service manager named George Hall and he had a another person with him. He was not friendly or courteous from the beginning , seem to be angry. Which only made me angry and defensive. Being frustrated and explaining the situation. Both of them said I'm not going to handle this or are you going to do something it been two year. Both indicated have Mike Carter handle this. Now, I was really frustrated! I said forget it , I'll just write a review on this situation.Then George indicated to me .As I got in my car that he had read my last review. Now, I understand why his attitude and anger when we met. I think George was there back in 2005 to 2010 before they got new owners. He probably was one reason why they lost a lot of customer service business. George has very poor customer service skills. I was in the service field before I retired. The customer was always right. When we were leaving George flagged down my wife's and asked her to come back the next day to see Mike Carter. And I was banned from the premises forever. My wife went back the next day! Mike Carter and George We're not there. But The gentleman that was with George at the time I was explaining things was there and showed my wife that there is two parts. That I was correct but it's been over two years and they are not going to do anything about Original wiper Assembly. Then he offered to sell her new wiper assembly that they had thrown out two years ago. Cost $50 and that the inserts would be $10 plus tax. My wife couldn't believe it but she wasn't mad because of that she was mad about Mike Carter and George not being there. This dealership today good job in wasting my time and waste time! Now for the hold story! I was with wife and notice her wiper blades were very bad. We were in Renton at the time, decided to stop at Nissan in Renton. I ask to have the inserts blades to be replace. The parts person said you have after markets. No way, I explain we always have Nissan install refill blades. Renton Nissan explained they only install refills for 370z touring sport , No other blades. Renton Nissan was who used to work on two 350zs we had back in 2009 because Auburn Nissan service trouble. I liked Renton because they would let you talk to the mechanics about repairs. But the wife didn't like them because they took to long to do the repairs. So Kirkland Nissan had opened up a new shop and she likes that because close to her work. For the last 18 months she had Kirkland Nissan do the general maintenance but they never replace the blades after I called, had them search their records. The Kirkland Nissan says that they install only one type of wipers also but it's called the Value Advantage because this new part superseded the old wiper assembly and blades. The old part numbers were obsolete. Now I was totally confused, I called Bellevue Nissan parts. This Nissan person was very knowledgeable on 370 Z wiper blades. This person explain that you could still get the old wipers with blades inserts Or you could get the new auto sub composite wipers with a 12000 mile warranty. Then my wife remembered that when we bought our car from Campbell's in Edmunds. That it was too far for oil changes.So, she heard that Auburn Nissan had changed owners. I reminded her, of how bad they had worked on her 350z back in the late 2000s. The service was bad. She would not listen to me. She had Auburn do her oil changes until Kirkland Nissan opened new shop. From all this I leaner that all Nissan have very poor Communication set up. In my opinion it's because they're all are privately owned. It is true it looks like Campbell Nissan is the most experience and has the best customer service and sales. But they are so far away! Sorry I try to keep it short but buyer beware and if you have your vehicle serviced go over your whole vehicle before you pay! In my opinion I do not see how they have a score of four or higher for a review after doing all this research and talking to friends and neighbors. Many people that have gone to Auburn Nissan seem to be going to Puyallup which their score is low but it's because of the sales department. More

Service department I was told that if I buy the gold insurance I would have the best insurance for 7 years or 100000 miles. My driver's seat cover started to have a warn torn. I am a bit short so I tend to rub my but off and on the seat. When I reported this to the service manager he did not seemed to be enthusiastic of helping. a week later I stopped by and he said he would order the seat cover. 3 weeks later I had not heard anything. I called in and I was informed that the seat cover are in. We made an appointment. As I drove the pick up to the service entrance I was informed that my GOLD insurance for 7 years or 100,000 does not pay for seat cover and labor. Something about 3 years coverage. The cost is $500.00. I was never informed a head of time. This GOLD insurance is a rip off/a lie. I was very pleased in the past not. I believe this GOLD Insurance is a fake. More
