After we learned there's additional incentives for Costco members we decided to talk to them further. Their Costco representative, Gene Hansen, was very attentive and helpful from the very beginning. Even when he was off and not available he would recommend someone else to help with our questions. We were not fast decision makers especially with very first EV but Gene always kept in touch without pressuring us. He was also honest with what he knows and tried to educate us along the way. We enjoyed working with Nissan of Auburn and Gene definitely was a major part of it. More
