The customer service at this dealership is absolutely amazing. I had received a letter in the mail about the dealership purchasing my 2002 ford explorer. I expected that it would be a scam or that when I did call it would be an automated message but within an hour of calling I had a sales consultant coming to give the car a jump (the battery had died) and follow me back to the dealership. Now originally I had very little intention of buying a new car but with John's amazing customer service and expertise I ended up buying a great new Nissan Versa and finding a great dealership that I would recommend to all of my family and friends. I've gone to many other dealerships where as the customer you end up having to do all of the work and jump through the hoops but that couldn't have been further from the case here. I made my needs (and budget) clear and THEY jumped through the hoops and worked their backsides off to make it happen. I went to this dealer the morning after my car broke down. I arrived at 11:15am and I was in and out with a brand new car by 1:00pm.
