We brought our car there four times and then finally brought it to Korum Nissan and we have had 3 transmissions put in it and now we are looking at getting a new engine...... nice that Rairdon said there was nothing wrong! I will never purchase another car from them or recommend them to any one! More
Went into this dealership with a quote from the internet sales and an approval letter from my bank for the loan amount and interest rate. Drove the car I wanted and decided to go for it. Then came the manip sales and an approval letter from my bank for the loan amount and interest rate. Drove the car I wanted and decided to go for it. Then came the manipulating and number games. First things first I told them I had an approval letter with a good interest rate and I did not want my credit ran guess what in the mail I got letters from creditors they ran it anyway isn't this against the law? Second when we got back to the finance women she sold us on the Cilajet said it cost 1595 and then 699. We agreed to it then she started talking maintenance and it all of a sudden got skewed. She said that because I was upside down on my loan she had to hide the Cilajet in warranties. I got home reviewed the paperwork in a quiet setting and realized we got taken for a ride.To the tune of 3500 for Nissan security plus, 1559 for nissan maintenance and 795 for GAP. Holy cow what has this lady done, so I wrote a certified letter on the 14th of May the day I purchased the car and I mailed it on the 16th of May to cancel both warranties and the GAP insurance. I have also e-mailed and have not received a response. But the biggest problem came yesterday on the 26th of May. I received my loan documents from the bank and guess what it is not through the bank I had my approval letter from and the interest rate is higher. So let me see you ran my crdit with no authorization and then you used what loan company you wanted and the finance department took my approval letter and everything, can someone please tell me how this happened and why you do this to people. We are a military family and work very hard and to have a blanket pulled over our eyes and fooled like this and then to not even get a response. I want an answer as to whether all of these warranties have been cancelled and if not why and what must I do, because I am not dumb and I know that after 30 days I pay cancellation fees. I have given adequate notice and I deserve an answer. I usually do not do things like this but I am highly dissapointed and feel this may be the only way I can get an answer. More
I met Todd about 9 months ago when I received a letter advising they wanted to buy back my Murano. He sold me a new Sentra and gave me an awesome deal! I liked the car but wanted something with more pow advising they wanted to buy back my Murano. He sold me a new Sentra and gave me an awesome deal! I liked the car but wanted something with more power so I test drove a Nissan Juke and really liked it better. He worked out a deal where I traded in the Sentra and now am driving a brand new 2011 Juke. I love the new car! I really enjoyed working with Todd because he has impeccable integrity and he knows the Nissan products. He really worked hard to make this new car happen for me! I have also nothing but the best experiences with the service department. They have always been very courteous and when they have given me a time frame they have met or exceeded it. I would highly, highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase any new car. I am totally sold on the Nissan products and I look forward to having my new Juke serviced at this dealership and I will only purchase any future vehicles from them! I hope they are business forever! I went into Rairdon to get a new/additional key programmed for my 2008 Titan. As the service desk was playing with my keys & asked my I had 2 key fobs, I informed them that I had remote start. Afte programmed for my 2008 Titan. As the service desk was playing with my keys & asked my I had 2 key fobs, I informed them that I had remote start. After programming a new key, my remote start would not work. After calling the dealership, they basically said too bad, that they were not aware of the after market remote start. I called bs, due to the fact that I told the service desk that it was on my truck. After getting the remote start reprogrammed, I was informed by the tech at the audio store, that the original key was not even programmed to start my truck. Now, I am out of pocket $137.52 ($87.52 for spare key & $50 for remote start reprogramming) and I don't even have what I originally went to the dealership for.. 3 working keys. I only have 2. After a few phone calls with Jay Miller, Rairdon has fixed the problem. They picked my truck up at my work. Reprogrammed all 3 keys & reprogrammed my remote start. Dropped the truck off back at my work by the time I got off work at 3. Rocky start.. good ending. Thanks for your help Jay. More
While the dealership had made a mistake, the manager - Jay Miller, blamed it on me and treated me like I was dirt. He was completely disrespectful, he never gave me eye contact and at one point physically Jay Miller, blamed it on me and treated me like I was dirt. He was completely disrespectful, he never gave me eye contact and at one point physically put his hand up in my face and said, "We are done." I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I understood a mistake had been made, all I wanted was an apology and the only time I heard a sorry was when I was walking out of the store in tears and he said it with a cocky smile on his face. I was appalled. Never ever go to this place. Read reviews below mine and see that he has several of the same complaints against him. That looks bad on the dealership that he clearly has complaints and they do not care about their customers enough to either educate him or fire him. DO NOT go to this dealership! More
I was extremely disappointed with the sales process and commitment of the leadership staff. There was multiple instances in which verbal commitments, communicated expectations and delivered results did no commitment of the leadership staff. There was multiple instances in which verbal commitments, communicated expectations and delivered results did not align. After you take possession of the vehicle, the finance and sales team will not fulfill what’s been stated or agreed upon. Shame on me for not getting it in writing first. I didn’t realize I had to document every agreement or promise to protect myself during the process. Buyer beware, I would strongly suggest placing your business with another Nissan dealer, in my personal experience, I cannot nor will I ever recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. Save your money, save your time, and give you business to a more deserving dealer trying to earn an honest living. More
Well, at first it seemed I found the car I wanted. I went there to look at/buy an 03 Nissan Xterra........Looked nice, drove ok, so I bought it, along with an extended warranty. Also, didnt get much for the there to look at/buy an 03 Nissan Xterra........Looked nice, drove ok, so I bought it, along with an extended warranty. Also, didnt get much for the trade in. I am in the Navy and I am proud to serve. What i'm not proud of, is defending these people, and giving them the opportunity to rip people off, when buying a used car. back to my Xterra. At first it was ok, but I noticed it was out of alignment right off the used car lot, and the front shocks were not working as well as they could have been. Next the transmission started clunking, so I took it back in for a look. After the truck was on the lift, I could see that the transmission's output shaft seal was leaking,as were the rear shocks..not to mention the under body was covered in rust. I was told that they were going to do nothing about it. Finally, they agreed to replace the vehicle with another one, but didn't give me the thousand dollars for my trade towards the other vehicle, in essence, stealing my trade in. The replacment car is a 2003 pontiac vibe gt, which all in all, is a good car. This one was no exception untill the radiator started leaking. I went to Rairadons to have them look at it, and even with the warranty, they wanted 109.00, just for the look. If there was something wrong, the 109.00 would go toward my deductable on the warranty???? thats what they told me. I warn you....some people have great experiences her i'm sure, but if you wind up buying a used car, save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else........or get screwed! More
I located a vehicle on the internet that I wanted to get a chance to test drive. The vehicle was located at Rairdon's in Monroe. I sent an email and shortly thereafter had both a phone call and an email i a chance to test drive. The vehicle was located at Rairdon's in Monroe. I sent an email and shortly thereafter had both a phone call and an email in return. Since I was not able to make it to Monro, I asked if the vehicle could be driven to the Auburn lot. The vehicle was available for me to test drive on the day and at the time I requested. The negotiations on the vehicle were straight forward and up front. The salesman Marco provided the information that I requested regarding the value of my trade-in and the value of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. There was no need to go back and forth with the sales manager. The only thing that put me off was that the salesman was filling out a credit application and asked for my social security number. I was not financing the vehicle so there was no need for that information or for the finance form. I was told that no one had access to that information, but that the information was kept on file for two years. Their was no need for my social security number to license or title the vehicle, so they were asking for personal information for which they had no legitimate need. Had they not asked for my social security number and attempted to fill out a credit form, I would have rated the service a five. More
Had a great experience at Rairdon of Auburn! The first thing I noticed, there weren't 20 salesmen waiting to pounce on you upon arrival. I would highly recommend Richard Samuels, to help with your pu thing I noticed, there weren't 20 salesmen waiting to pounce on you upon arrival. I would highly recommend Richard Samuels, to help with your purchase. He's got a great outgoing personality and laid back approach. He won't sell you something you wouldn't be happy in. He's also a man of his word and has kept his promises. Hopefully, you'll have Fred as your finance guy. Very helpful as well. This is a low pressure dealership, which puts people at ease right away and they don't try to slam you into something just to make a buck. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy. More
