I didnt expect to actually leave the dealership with a new car but I totally did. I had looked at cars the night before and told dealers what I wanted but I felt like none of them were listening to me. To new car but I totally did. Tony at the Nissan of Auburn actually heard what I was saying and took the time to find a payment and price that would fit in my budget. He wasnt your typical 'used car salesman'. By that I mean, he was not just interested in making his dollars and getting me out of the shop. He wasn't pushy or rude or impatient with me, and I did take awhile to decide. I have dealt with used car salesmen before and just bought that car because I felt pressured into it, this time I bought the car because I wanted too. All thanks to mister Tony. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and infact I already have :-) thanks tony! More
We were treated with the utmost respect. We appreciate the friendliness of the salespersons when we came in to dealership. We love it. I have since sent in my sister-in-law and a nephew who have also bought vehicles from Rairdon's in Auburn. They are very happy with their choices. My wife also bought a car from Jay and Richard, which she loves, she is very pleased, and was grateful to Jay who after choosing the car took her aside to make sure this is the right car for her, he wanted to make sure she was going to be completely happy with the choice. He also showed her some additional features to the car. Afterwards he helped her program her phone with the car. It has so many features she has yet to explore them all. She bought a Nissan Altima and is loving it. We recommend this dealership to those we love and care for. We trust them and know they are strait-forward in their guidance in finding a vehicle to suit each and everyone's needs. There is no pressure to put you in a car that does not suit your needs. They are the go to dealership for us and our family. They have taken care of us. We will continue to do business with them and recommend them to all. More

Dan Dickey listened to what I needed in car, even when I told Dan that my funds were low and that my credit was not A+ he still treaded me like I a was a very valued customer. He talked with me about what I felt was my limit on making monthly car paymenys. He work with me to find a car that fit my needs and was able to afford. When the car was found he when to the sales manger Mr Robin Maris who was able to OK the sales. Dan did not push me into trying to go higher then I could afford, I feel that he treated me with respect even when he found out that I was not a high end customer. I would recommend Rairdon's and Dan to anyone looking for a good car and a fair price. More
