So far i have bought 2 cars from Stanley !!! and every time i can expect the same great service . I would love to say any time i have had a problem with a car they were able to fix it only i guess im pleased to say ive never had a problem with a car that i have bought from them you can guarantee that anything sold to you is quality . Im not the only one impressed with the service i have about 20 friends who have also bought cars from them and i will keep sending them to stanley in the future :) More
After being injured in an auto accident, where my car was totaled, Stanley was the first on line auto salesman I dealt with from Spokane, WA. The dealership is a certified USAA dealer. He was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable and hard working - FOR ME -. Because of the distance I had to rely on him to "kick the tires" for me, so to speak. If I had concerns or questions, about the car I was interested in buying, he researched the issue fully and got back to me right away. He even took pictures on his cell phone and sent them to me to reassure me about one of my concerns. Each time we hit a snag during the final negotiations, he found a way to resolve it. I'm sure I frustrated him at times given the situation, but I was always met with a, "Mary, I've got great news." His honesty and INTEGRITY convinced me he authentically cared. You can tell the difference. There are only a few people you meet face to face you can feel this trusting of, let alone on line. I'm reminded of the saying, "A friend in need, is a friend indeed." I will always feel confident buying a car from Stanley. More
I have been in need of a new car for some time now. I was very skeptical to start shopping around and was very displeased with most dealerships I went to. I found that the salesmen didn't care about me as a person and just wanted to sell me a car. When I stepped onto Rairdon's Nissan I was greeted by Richard. I thought, "Oh great, here we go again." But after a short introduction I found that Richard was more caring about what I wanted in my car then just selling me any car he could. We explored around the lot discussing the many different reasons for which car would benefit me most. Richard was extremely informative with each car we looked at and was very respectful about me being picky. I found Richard to be very easy to talk to not just about cars, but about how they can really impact my life. After some time, we came across Jay Miller, the manager, and he helped me work out a few great deals on the cars I was interested in. (I do not like to discuss personal finances, so my car and price will be kept secret) The entire time in my visit I never looked at my watch and felt as if I was shopping with a close friend of mine. I settled into the perfect car to meet my needs and fit my lifestyle, all thanks to Richard. I couldn't recommend a better dealership after the many I suffered through. If you are looking for a real person and an easy, relaxing shopping experience, I HIGHLY suggest Rairdon's Nissan. If Richard can't find you the right car, NO ONE CAN! More

I didnt expect to actually leave the dealership with a new car but I totally did. Tony at the Nissan of Auburn actually heard what I was saying and took the time to find a payment and price that would fit in my budget. He wasnt your typical 'used car salesman'. By that I mean, he was not just interested in making his dollars and getting me out of the shop. He wasn't pushy or rude or impatient with me, and I did take awhile to decide. I have dealt with used car salesmen before and just bought that car because I felt pressured into it, this time I bought the car because I wanted too. All thanks to mister Tony. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and infact I already have :-) thanks tony! More
