This review is strictly about my experience with Bob Bush, the finance manager. I had worked out a deal for the 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan SV for $15,xxx. I chose to finance through Nissan because of the $ Bush, the finance manager. I had worked out a deal for the 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan SV for $15,xxx. I chose to finance through Nissan because of the $1000 rebate which was a part of the deal in order to keep my monthly payment at the rate that I wanted. In addition to putting $4000 down, I traded in my 2000 Suzuki Esteem for $500, which went toward my down payment. A couple of days after my purchase, I received a call from Bob saying that NMAC (Nissan's financing company) didn't want to do my deal and that I would transferred to Wells Fargo and that EVERYTHING WOULD REMAIN THE SAME (my APR rate, my monthly payment total, etc.). I called Nissan back and spoke to Michelle, who also works in the financial department, and she confirmed that this was true. Not only a few days later, Bob calls me again and asks about my "schooling" because I had notated that my other income sources were scholarships and grants. Mind you, I have an excellent credit score (831) and I also work part-time. All of my income was notated and reviewed ON THE DAY OF THE SIGNING, and there was NO COMMENT OR CONCERN regarding these at the time of signing. I contact Bob regarding his strange inquiry and it turns out Nissan "doesn't like" my "unstable income" and that in order to do the deal I signed for, I would need to either find a co-signer or increase my monthly payment. In other words, Nissan wanted me to PAY MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED FOR BY OVER $1000. To reiterate, THIS IS NOT THE DEAL I SIGNED FOR. Almost a week after I signed the contract we agreed on, Nissan BACK-TRACKED on its words and demanded that I pay more than what was agreed upon or the deal would be void. Bob apologized about this 'inconvenience' and said he found another lienholder that offered a lower APR and that this would help with my new monthly payment total. Excuse me? You think that because you found another lienholder with a lower APR that I would allow you to back-track on your words, change the deal we agreed on, and pay you $1000+ extra?! And what guarantees I won’t receive yet another call about this apparent unstable deal and be forced to fork over more money? I'm returning their Versa tomorrow and am expecting to get my down payment and traded vehicle back. More
As Stadium Nissan was closed, I went to Nissan Auburn for my servicing and to check up my sensor light. I have extended warranty with Nissan. Couple of idiots at the servicing reception told me that, I am ou my servicing and to check up my sensor light. I have extended warranty with Nissan. Couple of idiots at the servicing reception told me that, I am out of warranty and it would not cover the sensor problem. And asked about $120 to test what was the problem (whereas Costco tested it for free. Took 1-2 minutes to test). Regarding service, they gave me a time on Sunday afternoon 3 pm. When I went there noone was there. I wasted my time for 2 days and wasted my money on fuel by driving there for 2 times (2 X 40 miles). Even their way of talking is not friendly. Where as the Nissan Eastside cleared all my problems (in fact my warranty covered the sensor problem) in a friendly manner. The Auburn Nissan dealer is wasting money by paying such stupid rude worthless inhumans. I would never go to Auburn Nissan dealer and never recommend anyone. More
I liked working with Todd Fee in the Internet Sales group and appreciated the help I got from his co-worker Mike. I was given a very fair price on a 2012 Nissan Frontier. He allowed me to walk away over a long weekend to think about the purchase. I compared his price with several Internet sites, including TrueCar.com, got a few quotes from other dealers (on the Internet), and checked in with a mechanic friend. I had less fortunate experience with another Nissan dealership and will NEVER go there. When I'm looking to exchange my Frontier for a Pathfinder (the new ones look to be cool), I'll definitely contact Todd. More
Todd Fee was my salesman for my new 2012 Versa Sedan (I named her Veruca), 6-speed. He was professional, thorough, friendly, open-minded, and funny too. I recommend Todd to anyone buying a Nissan. I had an 2007 Pathfinder that I brought into the service department for issues with reversing. (I LOVE the service dept at Rairdon! Chuck, George, and Matt are amazing) Come to find out the transmissi department for issues with reversing. (I LOVE the service dept at Rairdon! Chuck, George, and Matt are amazing) Come to find out the transmission was shot :( As I was waiting, I walked over to the new car area and met with Theresa. She is amazing! I was extremely skeptical on getting another Nissan (especially since our other car is a toyota) but Todd came over and talked to me about Nissan's in general. (He has a LOT of good info) I wanted to give Nissan another chance (my husband did not) and would only do so with the "right" deal. Theresa made that happen and was very easy to work with. She wasnt high pressure and her selling style is more consultative. I would recommend going to see Theresa if you want a knowledgable sales person with a great attitude! More
After being denied obvious warranty service at a local Nissan Dealer in Renton, WA and going to two muffler shops regarding an exhaust leak in my 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 with 65k miles on it these guys wer Nissan Dealer in Renton, WA and going to two muffler shops regarding an exhaust leak in my 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 with 65k miles on it these guys were finally the solution. Nissan consumer affairs offered to pay only half of the repair on the item that is covered by warranty. These guys dealt with me in an extremely agitated state after a second muffler shop told me the part was covered by federal emissions warranty. The quickly evaluated my vehicle looked up the actual part# which no one else bothered to and called nissan's warranty deparment and go approval for replacement under full warranty not the nearly $1,000 I was quoted at the other dealership. They gave me a discoutn on my 60k service to boot for my trouble. I could not more highly recoommend this dealership to anyone the guys in the service department have integrity and really care about taking care of this customers. More
We had a great experience, got the deal we wanted and couldn't be happier. We did not feel like we were being sold once, and got a really great deal on extended warranty and service contracts. couldn't be happier. My initial experience was fantastic. We got a great sales person and awesome finance guy (he no longer works there). We got a great deal and everything was good, too good. One week later, after the finance g person and awesome finance guy (he no longer works there). We got a great deal and everything was good, too good. One week later, after the finance guy quit my mother gets a call back from the dealer stating she needs to go back and resign a new contract, because apparently the dealership "lost money" on the deal. My mother, went in fear of not loosing her vehicle to sign the papers. When she bought the car, I was with her, but when she went for the second time she was alone. The finance manager used a bait and switch method and gave her a horrible deal, conning her outta $4,500. Afterwards I did some research and found out that the dealer violated Washington's Bushing Law. A dealer legally has 4 calendar days to get financing straighten out, not a week. After four days if it doesn't work it's their loss, the contract is void and null. So my mother went back to cancel the service contract with the financial manager, which she legally can. However instead of being a smooth transaction she harassed her by saying karma's gonna haunt you. Seriously? Not only does this dealership have the audacity to take advantages of women shoppers, they also love harassing them when they try to cancel an extended service contract. So thats my story with dealing with these folk in Auburn. If I were you, I'd shop elsewhere. Buyers beware, especially lone female shoppers. More

I got a flyer in the mail from the Nissan dealership in Auburn. I went down just to see what they would say and I was greeted by a man named Dan. I have always been very skeptical of dealerships and salesm Auburn. I went down just to see what they would say and I was greeted by a man named Dan. I have always been very skeptical of dealerships and salesman yet Dan was extremely helpful and very pleasant as I test drove every model of car they had on the lot. At the time I didn't really know what I wanted to buy and was very indecisive, he was very accommodating to all my wants and needs and very patient with me, he answered every question I had. I showed up to the dealership just to look around and ask them about their flyer and I drove out with a brand new Nissan Rogue and I love it! From Dan to the finance process and all people I encountered in between it was a great experience and I will forever be a customer of Nissan of Auburn!!! I thank the entire team but Dan especially! Thank you again for my new car! Sincerely April Lyn Haskins More
