The first was at auburn nissan with Todd , I told Todd my needs and that my credit was not the best. He completely committed to do his best to get me the car I wanted and he did just that..!!! He was able to get me approved really fast, he really made my car buying experience exciting and fun.!! I would highly recommend anyone that's looking to buy a car to call Todd first you won't be disappointed! More

Todd Fee - simply the best! When it comes to used car shopping in general, and used car sales people in specific - well let's just say it's not at the top of our list of fun. But When it comes to used car shopping in general, and used car sales people in specific - well let's just say it's not at the top of our list of fun. But Todd Fee truly was a breath of fresh air! The used car I wanted is very hard to find - not only did this dealership have it, but it was competitively priced within Edmunds, KBB, and TrueCar fair dealer prices, so I knew the car probably wouldn't be there long. Todd quickly replied to my online inquiries, had the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived to take it for a test drive, and he even let me take it home for the day so my husband could see it. Todd made himself available after hours when we came back that evening to buy it. The whole process was fast, painless, and no pressure whatsoever. In fact, it was actually a little fun and I'm loving my new (to me) car! If you need a new or used car, especially if you prefer to research and deal via the internet, I highly recommend Todd Fee of Rairdon Nissan of Auburn. It's the 2nd used car we've bought from this dealer - and neither is a Nissan. They carry all makes and models at very fair prices. Give Todd a call - you'll be glad you did! More

Most dealers wouldn't work with us over email but Todd did everything he could to ensure us that we were close to making something happen. Once we got there, things did not change. We go the deal we wanted and were not given the run around one bit! Todd was a breath of fresh air. A long-time pro and asset to anyone looking to purchase a new car! Thanks, Todd! It took some creative financing to make the deal work. John Cha (finance manager) did an amazing job finding us the right lender and rate to keep our payments where they needed to be. I am convinced John's experience with the management and banks was another big reason this deal worked out. We are very thankful and highly recommend the whole team and Rairdons Nissan! More
Better than expected! I stopped by Nissan of Auburn to check out the 2016 AND 2017 Rogues AND Muranos. I met Cody in the Showroom. I owned a 2005 Murano AND loved it (Hard to part with my faithful, 12 year friend). It was time to shop for a new car. Within a few minutes we were off testing driving a 2017 Rogue. The safety features, style AND riding performance had me sold. In addition, customer service is very important to me when making a purchase. Cody went above AND beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He hand delivered the car to my workplace! If you are looking for a Nissan, I would highly recommend meeting with Cody - He SHOULD be your sales/customer service representative. Thanks Cody, for going above AND beyond! You totally ROCK! Manager Solomon is responsive and detail-oriented. Cons: 1) Se xist practices. Salesmen openly laughed, used intimidating body language and demeaning tones of voice when I expressed concerns regarding the vehicle and during financial negotiations. The sale was rushed and high-pressure. The employee who finalized the financing is also se xist. When I rejected an extended warranty on my used vehicle, the employee asked me: "Who trained you to say that? It seems like someone trained you to say that." (Because I am a young female, someone must have "trained" me.) 2) Poor quality vehicles. Rairdon's sold me a car with known manufacturer's defects (serious transmission problems) and only one working key. A second key was only offered to me if I purchased an extended warranty (bargaining tool?) 3) Dishonesty. Rairdon's refused to provide me with the inspection report for inspections done when Rairdon's received my used car because "it was a weekend." The dealership "missed" serious safety defects in this inspection (or purposefully sold the vehicle with these defects). 4) Poor customer service. When I became aware of these transmission defects, I returned the car to be serviced, which did not work and the defect cannot be fixed. I have attempted to work with the dealership for retribution and they have been difficult. The delays and lack of response is appalling. It took several emails, phone calls, three trips to Auburn and one hour of conversations with the manager before they agreed to offer me a "trade" on this poor quality vehicle that was sold to me. I will not be getting the value of my initial trade-in. As of now there are no cars on their lot I am interested in, and they will not offer me any other solution. Conclusion: The "Customer Service Promise" hanging in Rairdon's dealership states that they will only sell quality vehicles that meet the needs of their customers. Sadly they have not lived up to this promise. This, combined with their unwillingness to fix their mistakes and their se xist practices has led me to warn family, friends and coworkers to steer clear of their establishment. More

I will be returning! My wife and I have a Nissan Pathfinder that we have had serviced at Nissan of Auburn for the past few years. Every time I go in for service, they are My wife and I have a Nissan Pathfinder that we have had serviced at Nissan of Auburn for the past few years. Every time I go in for service, they are wonderful and super helpful. So when we were looking to trade my wife 2012 Camry in for a Lexus, we went in for a look. Sure enough we found a 2013 Lexus ES350 and it is ANAZING! The sales process was pretty typical.. A bunch of negotiating about price, in an reasonable amount of time we agreed on a price. The next day we went back to sign papers. The finance guy was great and very personable. We took the car back in about a week later for a detail job. Again the service department handled it and it was amazing as usual. Well about 2 weeks into driving the car, the brakes started to squeal really loudly. I took the car to Les Schwab and the brakes were shot... I then left Schwab and went to Discount tire for a 2nd opinion and they agreed that the brakes were in bad shape... I immediately called my service advisor George and he advised me to bring the car in next day. Immediately the next morning I took the car in and George and Tammy took amazing care of me assuring me the issue would be resolved. I got a ride to work and in a few hours I was called and told my Lexus was fixed and I could come get it. When I got there the car was ready and I was given a detailed rundown of what was fixed on the car. Not only were the rear brakes bad but as a precaution they fixed the front brakes and replaced the rotors. After 2 weeks of driving, They 110% stood behind the car and kept me informed the whole way. I even got a call the next day apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me how valued I am as a customer. I must say going in and having my brakes fixed was an inconvenience, HOWEVER the customer service was outstanding. I am so thankful for the integrity and honesty this dealership has displayed. I will return for years to come and I will be sending friends and family here. More

I've been to places where they wouldn't even be kind or at least courteous and would make me wait forever. They did not. While Shaun was doing the oil change and inspection he told Tammy that I really needed to get my battery and brakes done soon, especially with the weather changing and storm approaching. Before they did anything else to my car Tammy came to me and was giving me the brake down of what needed to be done and she was giving me the time frame of things and I decided to just do my brakes while I'm there since I knew it had to be done anyways. I knew they were going to lunch soon but Tyler let Tammy know that he will be working on my car to get me on my way! They were all so kind and did a great job. They even cleaned and vacuumed my messy car which was very nice of them to do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood. Whether they have a Nissan or not. I have a Kia and the Kia dealership across the street were trying to charge me $50 more for an oil change and who knows how much more for my brakes! So thank you Tammy Shaun and Tyler! You guys are amazing! More
