Best experience with Nissan to date Purchased a 2016 Nissan Leaf in May 2016 at a difference dealership, just got a new job that requires travel which my Leaf would not allow. Contacted the dealership I purchased my Leaf at and they couldn't help me due to the amount owed (I was upside down). Called Nissan of Auburn and they told me to come in and talk. Met with Todd Fee, great guy and he not only was able to get me out of my Leaf and into a 2017 Nissan Altima with decent payments, he got this all done within a couple of hours. This is my 6th Nissan in 17 years and Todd was by far the best car guy i've dealt with. More

Deceiving If I had to do it all over I would not do business with Todd Fee. He couldn't make the deal I asked for so I was going to walk away and I was ok with that. At the last minute he said I can get this to where you want and I said ok. He came back with the number I was looking for but what I didn't realize is that he removed the GAP insurance so it can be at the number I was comfortable with. When it was time to start signing all the paper work they bring up the GAP insurance and I stated I thought the GAP insurance was already added in because originally it was. So I ended up paying over the number I felt comfortable with. One thing I don't like is a dishonest person and that is Tod Fee and the rest of his partners . I was excited about getting my car until they sprang that on me being sneaky, so am I happy with my deal no they stole the joy right out of it. But as I always say god doesn't like ugly so what goes around comes around. So to anyone that wants to purchase a car find another Nissan dealer because clearly they can't except a no and they will do anything in there power just get you by being deceiving. More

Smart Guys! Todd Fee helped us from the start. I looked at a car online and sent a message about it and within 10 minutes I got a response, and not a automated re Todd Fee helped us from the start. I looked at a car online and sent a message about it and within 10 minutes I got a response, and not a automated response but a personal one. I set up a time that day to go look at the car. Upon arrival the car was already pulled up front and we were greeted with a smile! While looking at the car Todd told us so much about, he really knew that car. We took it for a test drive and loved it. Came back and never felt pressured (WHICH IS IMPORTANT). He also seemed concerned with getting us a great deal and something that we could work with, and that is what he did! Amazing environment, with amazing staff, they were so patient with us and our little 1 year son who was running around saying hello to everyone! Todd seemed wanted to reassure that this was the car I wanted and checked in with me multiple times. Thank you. More
