Service department I was told that if I buy the gold insurance I would have the best insurance for 7 years or 100000 miles. My driver's seat cover started to have a warn I was told that if I buy the gold insurance I would have the best insurance for 7 years or 100000 miles. My driver's seat cover started to have a warn torn. I am a bit short so I tend to rub my but off and on the seat. When I reported this to the service manager he did not seemed to be enthusiastic of helping. a week later I stopped by and he said he would order the seat cover. 3 weeks later I had not heard anything. I called in and I was informed that the seat cover are in. We made an appointment. As I drove the pick up to the service entrance I was informed that my GOLD insurance for 7 years or 100,000 does not pay for seat cover and labor. Something about 3 years coverage. The cost is $500.00. I was never informed a head of time. This GOLD insurance is a rip off/a lie. I was very pleased in the past not. I believe this GOLD Insurance is a fake. More

I am totally disappointed!!! I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to the dealer with cash to pay for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The MSRP price was $35,130 after dealer discount etc. pric I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to the dealer with cash to pay for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The MSRP price was $35,130 after dealer discount etc. price was $29,988. Of course, the price can go up if I wanted to add warranties, accessories, packages, etc. The salesman came to with a sale agreement for me to sign with $46k price tag. About $4k was for county tax and license, but the $12k a combination of imposed warranties, additional packages and so on…. Without my consent, they wanted me to sign for a loan I did not ask for. Besides, the salesman was irritated every time I ask questions about the car. He was mean, lock of knowledge about the vehicle he tried to sale. I had no patient, unprofessional, and his conduct was erratic. When he couldn’t convince me to sign his sale’s agreement he called his manager. The manager was no better than him, finally he worked away from us. It was a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I do not remember the name of the salesman. I was there to meet Todd Fee, but He did not work that Sunday. From Jean-Claude More
