Got what i wanted It took a bit of work, it started with jessica edwards, after i was delayed a day, she was great in getting me in touch with elle, a great salesman, s It took a bit of work, it started with jessica edwards, after i was delayed a day, she was great in getting me in touch with elle, a great salesman, she worked with me to find the truck i wanted, we tried serveral new and litely used, she read me like a book, and new when we found my ride. She told me that my face lit up, i had found it. 2015 nissan titan, with the sttitude a truck should have, i needed to trade in my 2015 ultima, with the finance center and some crazy negotiations, we got it done. I drove off monday with piece of mind and a great looking truck, i want to thank rairdon nissan staff. Jessica and most of all elle, she did not push me, she spent a good part of her day. Ill be back More

8 months later.. still disappointed I purchased an ACURA RDX from Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn about 8 months back and am disappointed with my experience. First, the whole buying process f I purchased an ACURA RDX from Rairdon's Nissan of Auburn about 8 months back and am disappointed with my experience. First, the whole buying process felt rushed and uncomfortable. I told them I would be back the next day (to buy and think it over) but my salesman told me he wanted to close the deal that night so he could get his cut. Seemed unprofessional. About three weeks after I purchased the car, my oil light went on so I took it in to get it looked at. They told me that my oil was almost bone dry which I found frustrating because I would assume a dealership would check their cars to ensure that they are safe and ready to drive once purchased. One week after, I had a failed battery. I called Rairdon about both issues and they apologized but did not offer any financial help. Hoping this would be the end of it, I took a deep breath and took care of the costs myself. Fast forward 8 months... I recently got my car looked at for safety reasons and was asked if I was aware that my car had been in a previous accident. I answered no as this information was never disclosed to me. They continued to tell me that the passenger front light had been knocked out of place and was duct taped to the bumper as a temporary fix. I called Rairdon today and spoke to a general manager who told me that they do "general inspections" like a doctor performs a physical... but were unaware that the light on my car was hanging on by a piece of tape. I expressed that (in my opinion) a light that is taped on to a bumper is a safety hazard and recommended they perform a better inspection of their cars in the future. The manager agreed. He apologized and proceeded to tell me that Rairdon has a 100% customer satisfaction rating but appreciates my feedback as it could help them get to 110%. According to this site, they are far from even 100%. All in all, I wish I would have read other peoples experiences in full before deciding to move forward with this dealership. My goal in this review is not to be vindictive (this is my first bad review I have written on yelp), but to save someone else the trouble I have been going through these past 8 months! More
