Almost all new people Every time I go into your dealership there is almost all new employees in there. I go in every six months. New sales people, new service people, new mechanics. I had to put a stop to all the calls I was receiving from your sales staff. It took me almost 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed. Customer Service keeps going farther and farther down hill. There were so many cars on the sales floor you could barely get around. The restroom was a mess. The urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Employees are walking around frowning. They are definitely not happy. I have been coming here for years and have bought numerous vehicles from this location and it is the first time I've ever seen it this BAD. 1-10 I give it a -5. Wake up More

Got what i wanted It took a bit of work, it started with jessica edwards, after i was delayed a day, she was great in getting me in touch with elle, a great salesman, s It took a bit of work, it started with jessica edwards, after i was delayed a day, she was great in getting me in touch with elle, a great salesman, she worked with me to find the truck i wanted, we tried serveral new and litely used, she read me like a book, and new when we found my ride. She told me that my face lit up, i had found it. 2015 nissan titan, with the sttitude a truck should have, i needed to trade in my 2015 ultima, with the finance center and some crazy negotiations, we got it done. I drove off monday with piece of mind and a great looking truck, i want to thank rairdon nissan staff. Jessica and most of all elle, she did not push me, she spent a good part of her day.
