My new Nissan! I found a new car I was interested in online. Rairdon's first contacted me via a video email, introducing my sales associate. I was able to make and a I found a new car I was interested in online. Rairdon's first contacted me via a video email, introducing my sales associate. I was able to make and appointment that fit my time frame and my sales associate was there to great me. She took inventory of my needs and priorities and proceeded to explain the different models, trims and prices. At no point did I feel pressured, which is a big plus for me. We test drove as many cars as I wanted to make comparisons between models. Once I decided, the transaction was smooth from applying for a loan to closing. I have since received several follow-up communications regarding my satisfaction and my ability to get my phone and other things set up with my car. I would recommend this dealership and my sales associate. More

I was going to get an oil change at 6 PM before they closed at 7 PM, but got stuck in traffic. They were kind enough to take the car at 6:15 even though it meant they be staying later. More
