Long waits, I called the local number on the web site and was told no wait come on down and I got there 20min later and they were filled for the night and the service managers response was sorry but that has been happening alot. Really then address the issue and fix it right? The manager said nothing he could do for me even thoe I called there number was told to come down what a disconnect... and the service manager should have mad it right no if and or butts. They dont wash your car or vacuum it and definitely dont go above and beyond like a good run dealership should.
