Fast and reliable service I came in to have my pathfinder checked because i could hear a rattling metal to metal sound at the back rear side of my vehicle when i accelerate. I was checked in quickly even on their busiest day— Saturday. I left my car and after 2 hours , they called me up and said they already fixed the issue. I was expecting to get a bad news but good thing they were able to fix my car, same day and no extra charge! Wheww! I am a very happy customer right now! Thank you! More

Long waits, I called the local number on the web site and was told no wait come on down and I got there 20min later and they were filled for the night and the service managers response was sorry but that has been happening alot. Really then address the issue and fix it right? The manager said nothing he could do for me even thoe I called there number was told to come down what a disconnect... and the service manager should have mad it right no if and or butts. They dont wash your car or vacuum it and definitely dont go above and beyond like a good run dealership should. One trip to another local Nissan dealership and wow what a difference and it really showed how disconnected, un organized they are ran More
