Technician lack of knowledge and misdiagnosed I when for a oil change and try to sell me 2 tires according with technician was need it. The 4 tires were purchased at Nissan of Bellevue on 2016 dearly used and the technician didn’t check well also recommended oil leak work for over 2k$ that is not need. I took the car to less schuad tires center for a second opinion and found out tires are great, no charges neither. Tires that were purchased in Nissan dealer supposed to have free tire rotation, they want to pay for. Second opinion from Greg’s Japanese auto repair on the oil leaks. Result of oil change spills no services need it. Also recommended fuel and breaks system flushed both done in Bellevue less than 3 years ago. Trying to sell services that is not needed, is not good business More

Can't get parts in a timely manner. When my 2013 Rogue's blower motor fizzled out my first call was to the local dealership. I won't make that mistake again. Not only could they not get When my 2013 Rogue's blower motor fizzled out my first call was to the local dealership. I won't make that mistake again. Not only could they not get the part for over a week they charged me $223.00 for a diagnostic fee to diagnose what I already told them was wrong & wanted to charge $561.91 in addition for the install of the blower motor. Note, they failed to mention the blower resistor which should probably be replaced also. I expect this would have happened once the car was torn down as a "surprise" find. $561.91 would have been acceptable but the useless diagnostic fee in addition is not. Then no report concerning what was done to "diagnose", i.e. did they run codes, did they check the resistor, the switch etc.., is simply poor customer service. Instead of giving a half**s check sheet with the total charge scribbled out and handwritten underneath, Rairdon Nissan, provide your customers with comprehensive detailed diagnostic sheets. As for waiting for this dealership to take up to 10 days to get the part & suffer in 90 degree heat until then, no thanks. Instead, I chose another mechanic who got the parts in one day and is installing them as I write this. The failed blower motor speaks loudly of the quality of Nissan's product. I have a 2004 mustang and a 1994 Silverado both with original functional blower motors and this 6 year old Nissan's failed. We have two Nissans. We won't be purchasing another. More

I own a 2015 Honda Accord i know it needs some maintenance but I cannot afford to have it done at this time . Before when I brought it in for a oil changed the have Always washed it but I was told they couldn't do it today . I waited over a hour and a half even though I was the 1st customer of the day and no one came and got me I finally went out and it was parked curbside. I had also asked about the tire gauge light and to check the tires and to turn that light off . I know the button to push as well . It never went off . I asked your rep about it and he said I don't know it maybe something diagnostic . He didn't even know what button to push to check the mileage I had to do it for him . Horrible customer service!!!? More
