We wanted to buy our daughter a 2020 Sentra so I called the dealership on Thursday evening and spoke with a salesperson named Stephanie. I informed her we had already had our financing in place and that we the dealership on Thursday evening and spoke with a salesperson named Stephanie. I informed her we had already had our financing in place and that we would like to come in next Friday and asked her to call me next Thursday to set up a time to come in and she said that would be great. She called me the next morning at 8:30AM to ask me what time we were coming in that day? I reminded her of our conversation the day before and she said “my bad”. I told my wife at that time I had an uneasy feeling. To cut through the chase of this review We went to the dealership and met Stephanie. She is knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles but has the worst customer service and listening skills I have ever dealt with. I have been in real estate sales for over 25 years and I was absolutely appalled by Stephanie. If it wasn’t for my time constraints and the GM Derrick we were leaving. I told my wife at one point “let’s go now”. I am glad Derrick was there because we got a very good deal on the car and Mike in finance was great as well. There was a regional finance person at the dealership while we were there that was disgusted with Stephanies behavior as well I’m all about helping people and giving people chances but I firmly believe it would be in this dealerships best interest to cut ties. Stephanie also made it known to me and my wife that “all people who use Capitol One finance have bad credit” That was her actual quote. I’ll have you know we have very good credit and the reason we choose Capitol One for our auto loan was because we have two credit cards thru then, the interest rate was unbeatable and most of all their customer service is outstanding. We have worked with JC Chinn last month on purchasing a car from this dealer. While shopping for the car we have visited a few dealers but only come back to this one because of JC. We defiantly would recommend this dealer and if you are debating where to start we will suggest to go this dealer first. Also, we had a chance to meet with Don Nguyen (general manager) who was very great and how often you have GM of the dealer coming to meet you. More
