Well, I was a little disappointed with the service this time. I understand that you guys were shorthanded and I didn't mind the 3 hour wait. I asked the service representative to have the mechanic look un time. I understand that you guys were shorthanded and I didn't mind the 3 hour wait. I asked the service representative to have the mechanic look under the car while it was on the left.. After my last service I noticed a rattle/vibration under the car. My request was ignored and I was forced after this last service to crawl under the car and see if I could find it. Well I did. There was a loose bolt on the skid plate right where the mechanics perform the oil change. I have always taken my vehicle to you guys because I like the service I get at the dealer and I thought you guys knew more about the car than anyone else. I will keep trusting you guys with my service but this is just a note that this last time I was a little disappointed. Thank you. More

Asked how much will to make diagnostic . 150 + tax. I signed the paper for 165. After diagnosing I 've was billed for 186. Change for shop supply.
