Fuel leaking on engine after service, could have been deadly I called Wednesday to scheduled an appointment for an oil and fuel filter change for Friday morning at 9 am, knowing that the dealership usually doesn I called Wednesday to scheduled an appointment for an oil and fuel filter change for Friday morning at 9 am, knowing that the dealership usually doesn't stock the fuel filter. When I arrived no one knew of the appointment and I was asked to leave my car until Tuesday as the dealership did not have the part. I was not offered a loaner car until I was not willing to leave my car, Kathryn even asked if I had another car as if I should pay for a ride to get to it???. I was called on Monday and told that my car would not run after the mechanic worked on it, and it needed a $440.00 EGR port cleaning, and they would need to keep the car for several more days. I received a call on Thursday at 630 asking if I could pick the car up before they close at 7. I arrived at 650pm after receiving several calls asking when I would be there. After returning the loaner car I tried to start my car and it would not stay running. I took the car to a REAL mechanic the following Friday to find out that Rairdon's INCOMPETENT mechanic had left the fuel rail test port bolt loose and fuel was leaking all over the engine. The REAL mechanic called Rairdon's to let them know that my car could have burned with me in it, AND they charged me double the book rate for the service they performed. Rairdon's is DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT and should be put out of business! I will NEVER go back there, and if you value your life you will never go there... If i could give this so called business negative stars they deserve them.. More

Unprofessional service manager Honda of Sumner have been nice and professional until I had a problem that required a service manager. When I get my car serviced and have a problem I want to speak with someone that understands my issues not a bully that will keep telling me policy. She was wrong and took it personally. They lost my business and I've been getting my car serviced there for years. More
Awesome service- even on Sundays! We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership- all 3 have been a very seamless experience but the service is what really sets them apart. We had a nail in our tire on a very busy family Sunday- and while most dealerships and tire repair shops were closed, they were not only open, but cheerfully took my call and got my tire fixed in no time. I had some important errands to run so they loaded me a car during that time as well understanding that I had some urgent deadlines. Jeff Douglas was helpful, cheerful, and very willing to help. They put mats down and a seat protector as well. Very much appreciated- would definitely go back! More
Service Department As I sit here at Les Schwab on an overcast Monday morning, waiting for my Honda to receive new brakes all the way around, I wonder how it is that your As I sit here at Les Schwab on an overcast Monday morning, waiting for my Honda to receive new brakes all the way around, I wonder how it is that your service department missed how bad the brakes were. My 1998 Honda Accord received an oil change (9/27/16) and as part of your service, you provide a “Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection” and the brakes were rated yellow, which by your definition equals “May Require Future Attention” – in my translation is a CYA activity as most everything on an aging vehicle will require future attention and relieves you of any liability for failures. My confidence in your service department to take care of my car is gone and I nor my car will not be returning. I am confused on how within a month, the brakes began squealing and upon further inspection (not by your service department) were diagnosed as follows: the rear brakes are pretty much gone, as well as the front drivers’ side and the only wheel with any brake left is the front passenger side. In closing, I will tell everyone I know of your poor service department and their lack of ability to inspect Honda vehicles and provide a quality condition assessment, as I do not want my family and friends to put their lives in peril from driving their Honda without qualified information from your service department. More
