I purchased a car from them a year and a half ago. A Honda Accord sport, My car went into Catastrophic failure. I needed a new head gasket, fuel injectors, water pump and turbo which added up to almos A Honda Accord sport, My car went into Catastrophic failure. I needed a new head gasket, fuel injectors, water pump and turbo which added up to almost $10,000 On a new car. Nothing was covered, contacted Honda America to see if they would help with a Goodwill warranty, they did not. The car went to catastrophic failure with Absolutely no fault on my end per their Mechanic and other mechanics I spoke too. If I didn't still owe $18,000 on the car, I would've walked away and taken a loss. They don't make Hondas like they used to and these guys sell complete junk cars. Do not buy from them!! You will be sorry!! They made it where I was in a rock and a hard place. Now I have a car, that I can't drive because God forbid it gets in an accident, I will take an even bigger loss.. This company is the worst!! More
Wendy & Clay in the service department are awesome! They were able to fix my key fob on the spot, and saved me $300 because I didn't have to replace it. We have done business with them for 13yrs. . service has been good.. but over the last year. And got heated and one of the salesperson there called him a FAT PIG!! I AM APPAULD by the lack of professionalism and to the owner that lets someone that works for them to allow such lack of respect to any person.. the proper way to handle the situation would be to calm the customer down and talk to them.. but i guess these days there is no respect to people or professionalism!!.. Everything was great. My only complaint was whoever drove my car after the oil change, moved the seat all the way back and tilted way back like a teenager would. Worst service department that I’ve ever dealt with. Wendy at checking in the car should be fired. Dealt with her two times in a row. Not only rude but lies about the service. She definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service that I've received from your salesperson, Jamie Jackson, over the last several years! She definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure our every need is taken care of. My husband and I have bought and sold several vehicles with Jamie. She makes every experience fun and rewarding. Every time we leave the dealership, we are happy, satisfied and so happy to work with Jamie. She has definitely earned our trust and respect!! More
Hoy 06-04-22 fui a que le Hicieran el cambio de aceite a mi Jetta 2017 y como siempre me lo entregaron con el nivel de aceite bajo… pero hoy si pude tomar fotos de como el nivel de aceite está bajo.. yo pi mi Jetta 2017 y como siempre me lo entregaron con el nivel de aceite bajo… pero hoy si pude tomar fotos de como el nivel de aceite está bajo.. yo pienso q no le ponen el nivel de aceite como tiene q ser para q les rinda mas el aceite ala agencia….yo pienso q eso no es nada profesional para unaagencia de autos como es honda…. Cuando vayan hacer su cambio de aceite por favor chequen q el nivel de aceite sea el indicado como lo marca el libro del auto y no como el mecánico piense q es.. y cada ves q yo lleve mi auto a su cambio de aceite lo seguiré revisando para prevenir daños al motor si quieres fotos te las puedo mandar… no buelvo a comprar un auto con ustedes!!!! Every person I have spoken to in the service department has been helpful, upfront with any questions and have great PR with customers.
