This dealership is super friendly, completely honest and treats you like your a star waking the red Carpet. Our Salesman Barry was awesome! Derek in Finance was the best, and Carlos, the General Sales Manager was world class! The dealership is beautiful with a lot of inventory. We are new to WA and we drove 45 minutes from Tacoma to Honda of Sumner based on reviews and inventory. We will certainly be back in the near future for another vehicle from this great Dealership! USE EDUARDO VASQUEZ I was in the market for a newer vehicle and decided to stop at Sumner since it’s close to my house. As soon as I pulled into the lot Eduardo was waiti I was in the market for a newer vehicle and decided to stop at Sumner since it’s close to my house. As soon as I pulled into the lot Eduardo was waiting for me but instead of pushing a sale or vehicle he gave me the freedom to browse and look for myself. NO SALESMAN PRESSURE AT ALL!! After not being able to find a vehicle that I was looking for Eduardo pulled inventory from other lots and was able to find me a great deal. He let me know that he’d have the other car prepped And moved to his lot for me. After a test drive Eduardo made sure the transaction went smooth and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I will definitely be buying another car from him soon. USE EDUARDO VASQUEZ!!!! More

No promised return phone call and several unanswered emails.** Overall awesome experience. Salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car my wife and I wanted to buy. Questions were answered, price negotiation went well. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because the sales manager would not throw in a set of all weather mats for the car, even though we had inquired about them while looking for the car and during our negotiation. Dont know why he or she was being stubborn, but after 4 hours at the dealership and the ease to which we didnt haggle, thats the least they could have done. Despite that one hiccup, we will recommend this dealership to our friends and family. More
