Bryan and Carlos do not care they just chase the next good rating to outweigh the bad. I guarantee you no dissatisfied customer has ever received any help to resolve the issue they’ve posted about on google review. More

I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman, Sam. Sam told me he just received the vehicle on trade and it hadn’t gone into inspection or detail yet. Sam pushed me into making an offer on the car, which was fine, assuming it all checked out. We agreed on a price, depending on what they did. Sam stated I could purchase the car for $8,000.00 if they didn’t have to do anything to it during the inspection, he stated it would then cost $8,500.00 if they needed to make any small repairs. Keep in mind, this was after he spoke with his managers Stanley and Carlos. Here’s where the ridiculousness starts. Sam told me later that evening they couldn’t actually sell the car for those prices until after the inspection happened, because they didn’t want to agree to a price without doing the inspection first. Which I understand. That’s perfectly reasonable. Then Sam went off the radar for a couple days. Sam then called me back and left me a message saying I should call him, “he had great news.” I called Sam back and we talked about the two different prices. He wouldn’t lock down either price. Later that day, he re-contacted me and told me they actually raised the price! They now won’t take less than $9,000.00 for the exact same car. Keep in mind, the conversation about raising the price was via text. I became frustrated and told Sam this was a terrible way to do business. The following day I called Sam and he placed the blame on all of the different managers. At one point, he even stated he was going to talk to them for me. When I continued to tell Sam this was dishonest, he became irate and wouldn’t let me speak. He was extremely rude and was yelling at me on the phone. Sam was saying condescending things like “I’m sorry you can’t understand” and accused me of arguing with him. He also told me they did not raise the price of the vehicle and we never agreed on the earlier price, despite I have a text conversation of him stating his managers decided to raise the price! Every time I would bring up a talking point that proved Sam’s dishonesty, he became more angry. Sam continued to not let me speak and then hung up on me. This was the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a salesman. I used to sell vehicles also, and I would never have treated my costumers this way. Not to mention, the dealership I worked for wouldn’t have allowed it. All three of these people and the dealership they work for are dishonest and rude. Its a blessing I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I’m sure it was misrepresented based on the interactions I had with them. Do not buy from this dealership and especially do not work with Sam, the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, dishonest and untrustworthy salesman I have ever spoken with. More
I purchased a used Mazda 6 a year ago from Harvey. He was fantastic, helpful, and professional. A year later had an issue that was covered by the warranty I purchased with my vehilce. The service depar was fantastic, helpful, and professional. A year later had an issue that was covered by the warranty I purchased with my vehilce. The service department was top notch in communication and getting the issue fixed. Isabelle is fantastic to work with. After they fixed the issue another issue popped up that she took the time to look into and found out it was covered by Mazda warranty if the work was done there. She took the time to contact that dealership in advance of contacting to me to ease the pressure on me. Top notch service. I only give 4 star because the online salesman I came in contact with first was a creep. My reccomendation do not email about a vehicle go straight into the dealership and deal face to face. More
What an amazing experience. Salesman quoted me a price and interest rate I agreed to accept. Dealer let me cool my heels for an hour before the “finance manager” ushered me into his den. Bad vibes already. “ Finance manager” collapses like the overinflated balloon he resembles: “I’ve got bad news!” “Bad news” I chime in. “I can’t get your interest rate”. He then quotes an additional $13.87 per month interest. ($1000.00 over the life of the loan). I say no. He:”You don’t want to pay an extra $13.87 a month?” - like I’m being totally selfish...TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. More
I got in touch with this dealership online to ask about a car they had. I live in the other side of the state, so I was hoping to get some photos and videos of the car before proceeding with anything. After car they had. After some very awkward back and forth between texting, email, and two different people, I was finally able to ask someone for the photos and video. After I asked I didn’t hear anything. It’s been two days and I still haven’t gotten a response. I can’t speak for their on the ground service, but trying to do anything online with them was awful. More
I have bout 3 cars from here! My first two were a nightmare and the person I dealt with wasn’t very friendly! She was polite friendly and understanding of my wants and needs! She asked what brought me back to them and I let her know my story and she wanted to thank me for giving them a second chance! I am glad I gave her the chance as she exceeded all expectations and my service went from fair to great! More

The service department here is a joke. Then told us that tire rotation is NOW A FEE .... so the $50,000 I that we spent on the car wasn't enough. Left for another dealership I'd been going to the dealership since purchasing my car in 2014 for service. After the dealership changed hands, the service department was impacted. Many of the employees are rude, ignoring you when you walk in and then curt with communication. I didn't have good trust in what they were doing to my vehicle and what they were recommending needed done. If you say you are doing all of the maintenance at once due to cost, they are just annoyed with you. Then, they mistreated my parents who are elderly and misdiagnosed their car twice on the same visit at a great expense to them. This was the last straw for me. I'm using a different dealership for service and their treatment and approach was remarkably different right away. More
