Hoy 06-04-22 fui a que le Hicieran el cambio de aceite a mi Jetta 2017 y como siempre me lo entregaron con el nivel de aceite bajo… pero hoy si pude tomar fotos de como el nivel de aceite está bajo.. yo pi mi Jetta 2017 y como siempre me lo entregaron con el nivel de aceite bajo… pero hoy si pude tomar fotos de como el nivel de aceite está bajo.. yo pienso q no le ponen el nivel de aceite como tiene q ser para q les rinda mas el aceite ala agencia….yo pienso q eso no es nada profesional para unaagencia de autos como es honda…. Cuando vayan hacer su cambio de aceite por favor chequen q el nivel de aceite sea el indicado como lo marca el libro del auto y no como el mecánico piense q es.. y cada ves q yo lleve mi auto a su cambio de aceite lo seguiré revisando para prevenir daños al motor si quieres fotos te las puedo mandar… no buelvo a comprar un auto con ustedes!!!! More

I was contacted back quickly and multiple times. We ended up making an appointment to drive over the mountains (3 hr drive) to test drive the vehicle. Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring model and the experience was less than satisfactory. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Rairdon Group. We were provided one key to the vehicle and to experience was less than satisfactory. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Rairdon Group. We were provided one key to the vehicle and told they would locate the 2nd key the next day when the Sales Manager returned to work because he was using the car to commute to and from work. The next day we were told there was only one key and we would have to pay over $200 for a second key plus $80 to program the new key. After spending almost $50K on a vehicle, I think the dealership should not pass on this cost to the customer. As a 3 time buyer, I would think loyalty means something! Apparently not with the current staffing at this dealership. More
