Worst people in the business! Where to begin? First off I have never had a worse experience buying a car. This was my daughter's 1st car buying experience and what should've been a Where to begin? First off I have never had a worse experience buying a car. This was my daughter's 1st car buying experience and what should've been a joyful experience for her ended up being horrifying. I will say that the young salesman Duane was extremely polite and for him to be brand new to the business he handled himself quite well (suggestion to him, find another dealer to learn from) as for the finance manager or whatever Dominic is, what a piece of work. During negotiains I gave my final out the door offer and told him that if they couldn't agree to it then not to bother coming back and we would just leave. He came back and said it was all good so I said good then asked to see the final write up and it more than a couple hundred dollars more than what I offered. After questioning him about it and listening to his BS answer I proceeded to point out the errors of his ways until he finally succumbed to reality, seriously man? Well we went in the following evening to pay for and take delivery of the vehicle (my daughter was beside herself with excitement) and what should've taken 15 minutes max for a cash deal turned into a 2 hour ordeal! One run around after another, and then to top it all off, it was pouring down rain and instead of pulling her car into the empty delivery bay they had it parked outside of the bay area and as we were checking the car out in the dark and rain I noticed that they hadn't filled up the tank which was part of the deal I said something to the delivery boy and was told they don't do that on used cars I then told him I didn't care and it was part of the deal, he finally had a lot guy go fill it up. The one positive was when the lot guy came back he pulled the car into the delivery bay and as he handed us the keys l shook his hand and thanked him and told him that he was the only person in that place that had class. Thanks again Chase. I will never step foot in that place again to purchase anything! They may be happy about that but I will never recommend them to anyone. Good Customer service is worth a heck of a lot more than a few hundred bucks! This place seems to be where salespeople that no other place will hire them go to retire. More

JORGE NARANJO IS A LIAR! HONDA OF SUMNER IS LED BY LIARS!!!! Jorge Naranjo is a liar and CAN NEVER be trusted. Do not buy anything from Honda of Sumner as Brian Kelley encourages his employees to be dishonest an Jorge Naranjo is a liar and CAN NEVER be trusted. I negotiated a price with Jorge Naranjo and got it in writing from him. I drove the next day for 30 minutes to complete the transaction and that’s when Jorge told me that his GM (Brian Kelley) had called in sick and that he would call me the next day. I had texted him before driving that I was coming and he wrote back that everything was fine. However, in 30 minutes (ironically in the middle of the day his GM calls in sick). Jorge never called me back the next day so I texted him to follow-up. He texted me back saying that it was now his day off and he was not in the office. However, I called the dealership and they said that he was there working the full day and transferred me to him and he picked up. I asked him why did he text me otherwise and his lame excuse was that he “just came in”. He then promised to call me shortly, but never did. He then called me the next day and said that he was busy and that I can come the following day to finalize everything. I texted him the following day and he did not respond. I called the delearship and he picked up and said that the deal had changed and added unwanted accessories and changed the prices and tried to lie and tell me that this was a “good deal”. I should have NEVER wasted my time with Jorge and should have known that he is deceitful when he tried to tell me on the first day that license/title/registration is $900 (its $500 EVERYWHERE ELSE). I e-mailed Brian Kelley about all this, but he never responded. More

Rated the 5th worst business in the Puget Sound area by YELP These guys are the most devious people I ever had to deal with. I bought a used Acura for a certain price and when I went to sign the sales agreement These guys are the most devious people I ever had to deal with. I bought a used Acura for a certain price and when I went to sign the sales agreement the price was increased by about $1300. They stated that this for a "protection package" that they were going to add to the car (special finish protection, door edge guards, etc.) After signing the agreement, I realized the next day that the door edge guards, etc. and the other items had already been applied to my car. So, in essence, I was charged extra for something that should have been included in my sales offer. (I was charged extra for something that was already on the car when I bought it.) Their YELP reviews contain about 50% 1-star ratings for similar type stuff. More

No big deal sometimes that can happen. but then they called me back the next couple days saying they could do better and offered a price in the middle. so I went back in to continue to work the deal and all of the sudden they can't do better than the original price. The manager went on to then start yelling through the glass that it was a good deal as is even though all these conversations were well-documented we had already negotiated a better price that's what brought me back in in the first place. Poorly ran lot with no prices on cars and constant backwards haggling, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. More
