I purchased a car from them a year and a half ago. A Honda Accord sport, My car went into Catastrophic failure. I needed a new head gasket, fuel injectors, water pump and turbo which added up to almos A Honda Accord sport, My car went into Catastrophic failure. I needed a new head gasket, fuel injectors, water pump and turbo which added up to almost $10,000 On a new car. Nothing was covered, contacted Honda America to see if they would help with a Goodwill warranty, they did not. The car went to catastrophic failure with Absolutely no fault on my end per their Mechanic and other mechanics I spoke too. If I didn't still owe $18,000 on the car, I would've walked away and taken a loss. They don't make Hondas like they used to and these guys sell complete junk cars. Do not buy from them!! You will be sorry!! They made it where I was in a rock and a hard place. Now I have a car, that I can't drive because God forbid it gets in an accident, I will take an even bigger loss.. This company is the worst!! More
I purchased a car 8/23 with all the additional warranties. I have yet to receive any of those services and it has been a year since my purchase. One of the warranties included the windshield. They were supposed to add a film to the windshield to prevent it from cracking and if it did crack the replacement was supposed to be fully covered by the warranty. Since I’ve had the car I’ve had to replace the windshield myself since the film was never added it was covered. I called the first week of July to ask for a refund since I’ve contacted them multiple times for service and the only answer I was getting was someone will call me to scheduled. It wasn’t until I asked for my money back that the sales manager was so eager to schedule me. But again I got another I’ll call you right back and it’s been a month and no one has called me back. What he explained to me is that I purchased the warranty from a third party so if I wanted to schedule it with permcoat I could’ve. But why would I even know that? When no one told me I could do that they told me permacoat would come out to the shop and they would do it there. They even told me it may take an extended period of time to complete so they would give me a loaner. Overall, the lesson here is DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY GO STRAIGHT TO THE VENDOR AND CUT THE THIRD PARTY OUT!!! Still waiting on that phone call. They basically have money of mine that they did not complete a service for. When I asked for a refund he told me that no one that was apart of my deal works there anymore. They're great up until you buy the car, then it's radio silence. I pointed out that they had our address wrong on the paperwork multiple times and they still couldn't get it right. This led to not receiving proper paperwork in the mail to set up payment for our financing. When I reached out to get it sorted they did the absolute bare minimum and acted like I was a nuisance for asking them to do their job. Not to mention how they give you the runaround with their "finance department" and make a transaction that should take an hour tops, take the entire day. Low-balled on trade and swindled into buying extra packages as well, that's on me for falling for it, though. It's par for the course when it comes to car dealerships, I guess. Salesmen really have no soul and no empathy, but I guess that's their job. Sociopathic tendencies must be a prerequisite when applying for a sales job. More
My wife just bought her first new car at the age of 70. We found an ad at Rairdon Honda that was just what we wanted, car and price. We drove over the next morning, met with Chris, purchased the Honda CR-V EX-L with no hassle. Chris was great and it was nice to deal with a dealership that treats their customers right! If their was a score higher than 5, I would give it to Chris and the Rairdon Honda of Sumner! More
Slimey high pressure car salesman here. Trying to get me to finance when I had cash for a used Pilot. The sales "Manager" wouldn't even give me the time of day. I ended up buying a Pilot from Lexus of Bellevue. You're welcomed there, the manager and owner came out to meet us cordially and I paid what I wanted to pay, with cash! No hustle shuffle, no weird fees and a Lexus warranty out the door. Avoid this Honda Dealer if you can. What's shocking is I've had great experiences with Rairdon up until this dealership. More
Scheduled time to pick up car I was purchasing, Sales manager told me they opened at 8:30 , same as website and door indicated. I was there before 8:30 and a no out 8:35 some employees came in. I asked for manager who made appointment and they told me she was off that day ant told me they didn’t open until 9:00, even though manager, door sign and website said 8:30. Manager dint tell anyone I was coming in either so no one knew what was going on and the B papers and car weren’t ready as she told me they would. Then I waited almost 2 hours to get papers come on a cash sale. This was after they switched the price on the car on the paperwork after they approved a price on the car and told me the offer the salesman had proposed and we had agreed on. Then I took the car after I signed their repair order of checking out the car and all tires had 23PSI, not the 33/35 on the car door plate. Lots of incompetent, apathetic employees. More
