I had the pleasure of meeting Kassidy yesterday. She's a very polite yet professional young lady. My appointment was for 2 PM so I arrived at 1:30. Not a problem, Kassidy said she would get my car right in and have it back, ready to go in one hour. At 2:28, she let me know I was all set. Kassidy took the time to explain what the service done was and the 30K which will be coming up this summer. I bought my car new from Rairdon's Honda and will make sure to get it serviced only at Rairdon's because of the quality of their service writers and the auto engineers in the shop.
