Poor customer service I called on 6/15/18 around 3:15PM and spoke with Shawn to request a quote on door lock actuator replacement. At 3:30PM realizing that Shawn had not called me back, I called again and spoke with Brian this time and Brian said he would remind Shawn. At 3:55PM after waiting for Shawn since 3:15PM for a call back and still no call, I called back. Again I spoke with Brian and told him that Shawn had not called. Brian then suggested that he would remind Shawn again and I said that I would prefer if he get me the quote instead of me waiting around for Shawn. Brian then said that he would have to call me back and he did 2 minutes later at 3:57PM. I had also called Lynnwood Honda around 2:47PM (while Shawn @ Marysville Honda was doodling around) and requested a quote as well. I spoke with Juan @ Lynnwood Honda and while waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes, he gave me the quote. That's a better customer service than Marysville Honda. Also, the quote at Marysville Honda was way high compared to Lynnwood Honda. I decided to go with Lynnwood Honda although it is located about 30 miles south from me. More

OIL CHANGE DISASTER My new vehicle was brought in for a free oil change after buying from them. Had to speak to several people and the service manager in order for them t My new vehicle was brought in for a free oil change after buying from them. Had to speak to several people and the service manager in order for them to honor the agreement made at purchase for the service. Not that big of a deal though, just annoying. However the issue, the tech didn't tighten the oil pan bolt, which alone is shocking. Anyways bolt came off while driving down the road. Car was towed back to them and they admitted to the mistake, and replaced oil and bolt. When asked if they cleaned off all the oil under the car, they said no and then told me they would have it detailed. Strange I had to ask, in my opinion. They provided a loaner, which was extremely dirty and gross. Received my car from them, and the next day and when I wake up I find oil all over my garage. Looked under the car and there was still dripping oil from the mess. The under body was covered in oil still. Brought the car back and spoke to GM Tony. They again admitted that the detail was not ever done… GM Tony confirmed it would be cleaned and detailed properly. The next day I again go to pick up the car and it has scratches on the side and about a foot long crack in the windshield. GM Tony again stated they would get the windshield replaced, but I declined. I will never step foot in that establishment again, and do not trust any one of the techs to work on the car. Not to mention there is a loud rattle from the driver side door now as well, which is odd because it did not exist prior to any of this situation with them. By far worst service I have been provided and would never refer anyone to them. Completely unacceptable. Regret ever bringing the car in to them for an oil change, what a disaster. More

Only two negative issues with the dealership, neither of which should reflect poorly on Ryan, or the folks who serviced my vehicle. First, I called the day before and made an appointment for the service, but when I arrived, there was no record of the appointment. Ryan however got me in, and the work was completed sooner than expected. The second issue was a greater concern. When we bought our vehicle, a 2015 CRV, on their certified used car program, our salesperson told us that all regularly scheduled maintaince was free for the first year. Unfortunately, I found out today that the only maintaince that was covered was the oil change. Apparently the salesperson was misinformed, or worse, misleading in his claims. This should not reflect on Ryan, or the rest of the service staff, whose service was excellent, but does, unfortunately, reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. More
First check up on my new car I made an appt for the next day to have my first oil change. They washed my car inside and out, changed my oil and said everything else was great. Honda Marysville Saves the Day! On a two year quest to have airbags replaced via the recall, for a Honda Ekement, it took Marysville Honda to do the apparently near impossible. Pullman Washington, Lewiston Idaho, Thousand Oaks California could not do the job. Alas, two years later a diamond in the grass was found, Marysville Honda came to the rescue. In two days the airbags were ordered and installed. They also went beyond the call of duty and noticed a nail in a tire and repaired it. They even washed the Element. No charge. The service department staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. More
Sorry I bought my car at Marysville Honda Purchased my new 2015 Honda Accord from Marysville Honda in October 2015. The paint job was defective and when brought to their attention was told it Purchased my new 2015 Honda Accord from Marysville Honda in October 2015. The paint job was defective and when brought to their attention was told it was water spots from their sprinkler system and just needed to be washed a few times. That did not work so took back the car and it was sent to a local paint shop and the imperfections seemed to be fixed. After several months and a number of car washes (by hand) the defects slowly reappeared. Took the car back and spoke to the Northwest Honda representative who looked at the car. He confirmed the paint job was defective and since still under warranty they would fix so once again sent the car back to the local paint shop. When I picked up the car it was covered in a dusty/gritty substance. Took it home and washed it. Found one of the rims was damaged, there was a small dent and scratch in the rear panel, the trim between the drivers doors was scratched and the paint on the hood and other areas was rough like sand paper. Left several messages for Kris K., the service manager, but no response after several days so drove my car down to the dealership. She acknowledged that the damage was not there before going to the paint shop. Kris K. said they would make it right and back it went to the local paint shop. I went down yesterday (6/11/17) to look at the car and the rim had been replaced and the scratch and dent had been fixed but the other issues remain. The service dept. was closed so I again left voice messages and sent emails to Kris K. asking for contact. No response. I also called and asked to speak to their general manager and was told they do not have one. Late today I contacted the general manager of another local Honda dealership and explained my situation. He listened and is working towards some resolution for me even though this is not his problem. I am ever so grateful and am hopeful that my car will finally be repaired. More
