Lugnuts not tightened during routine tire rotation 10 days after my oil change and tire rotation my car was making some really loud noises. After bringing the CRV in for reinspection, they found a tot 10 days after my oil change and tire rotation my car was making some really loud noises. After bringing the CRV in for reinspection, they found a total of 4 lug nuts missing and the remains loose on the right side wheels. This was due to not following procedure during rotation. We will not be back to Honda of Marysville for service or next new car. Their lack of customer service or even a call to me is totally lacking. I bought the CRV for its safety features, but they put me and my passengers at huge risk!! Never again! More

The $2000 Brake Job! I dropped vehicle off at 8AM appointment. Got called around 9:30 telling me they would have to replace all 4 calipers and all 4 rotors and that the es I dropped vehicle off at 8AM appointment. Got called around 9:30 telling me they would have to replace all 4 calipers and all 4 rotors and that the estimate was going to be $1700. I told them that I was not happy about that, but needed to get the work done. They called me about 5:40 and said they were almost done. After arriving I informed them that I wanted my original rotors and calipers. They told me I would have to pay the core charge for my calipers which was fine with me. After looking at the rotors I noticed that 1 was almost brand new and did NOT need to be replaced. When I told them that, they told me they didnt have a rotor machine for my rotors and that they sent them to NAPA to have them machined and that Napa was to blame because they said they didnt want to machine that one. They only put 2 new rotors on and had 2 machined. The 1700 estimate was to replace all 4. After almost another hour they were finally ready to take my money. The final bill was $2000, minus about $150 for the core charges. I would never take my vehicle to that HONDA dealership again and would be never recommend anyone to take their vehicle their unless they want to get their hard earned money stole from them for crappy service. More
