Service Took my car into dealer in March, diagnosed bad spark plug coil and replaced. End of July same problem came up and the fixed again, part under warrant Took my car into dealer in March, diagnosed bad spark plug coil and replaced. End of July same problem came up and the fixed again, part under warranty which was good. 3rd week in August same problem again. They replaced again and gave me credit towards new part that I already paid for which was nice of them. Now just crossing my fingers this problem doesn't happen a 4th time. More
Wasting time I left my car with the service department all day to do a routine oil change, but when I arrived I still had to wait. Doesn’t deserve a Honda Dealership Longtime Honda customer, currently own 4. ‘07 CRV, ‘07 Accord, ‘11 Ridgeline, ‘17 Pilot This was my go to dealership, then it was purchased by The Re Longtime Honda customer, currently own 4. ‘07 CRV, ‘07 Accord, ‘11 Ridgeline, ‘17 Pilot This was my go to dealership, then it was purchased by The Reardon group and the place is no longer getting my business. Gone is the service I’d come to expect from Honda. Service staff using the F word within earshot of customers. Not providing an explanation of how my cars service went, no multipoint inspection sheet. Plus 2-3 other annoying interactions. The deterioration and decline in quality of service was noticeable immediately after ownership changed. I’ve owned Honda products for many years, had all my service done at various dealerships, and Reardons ‘s Marysville Honda is at the bottom of my list. Easily. Luckily there are two more real Honda dealerships within 20 miles of this one. More

Unsatisfying service When I can home, I found a screw that was not replaced to where it should be. There is a missing bumper cap for the hood and that engine cover is missing some rubber sockets to keep them in place. More

Liars I made an appointment I requested a certain mechanic because I trust this mechanic and got there to have the work done on my car left wasn’t gone but I made an appointment I requested a certain mechanic because I trust this mechanic and got there to have the work done on my car left wasn’t gone but a few minutes later I talk to somebody ( a friend.) and they told me my mechanic wasn’t even there to work on my car wasn’t scheduled to work today so that pissed me off I turn around and went back got my car and left I will not go back there . I feel that the receptionist who helped me should’ve told me that my mechanic was not there . More
