I was greeted as I came in the door by Shawn Voss he was amazing. My car was ready in the allotted time frame he gave me. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. We took our car in for maintenance and the skid plate was not properly attached. Due to this the front bolts of the plate fell out and the skid plate dr took our car in for maintenance and the skid plate was not properly attached. Due to this the front bolts of the plate fell out and the skid plate drug on the ground all day while going to and from work. We contacted the dealership and spoke to Rob, one of the managers, he was very kind and assured us that after they looked at the plate they could tell if it was our fault or theirs. If it was their fault he said they would replace the plate for free. We went down to the dealership and were told to speak with Leadlin who was the service supervisor on shift. When we got to the dealership we were treated as if they all had been warned about us and no one seemed to care to speak to us or hear our side of what happened. The car was whisked off to the shop where it was raised up and looked over. After looking the car over Leadlin tried to tell us that the skid plate damage was our fault and that they wouldn’t do anything for us. I asked him how it could be our fault if there was no scratching or damage anywhere else on the underside of the car to which he responded he didn’t know that’s just what he’d been told. He then continued to belittle us and speak to us as if we were idiots. I have a degree in mechanical engineering and am very familiar with cars. Finally after us not taking that for an answer the man who had inspected the car walked through and he verified that the damage was consistent with our story of the plate being drug all day. At that point Leadlin reluctantly got on the phone and “ordered” the part for replacement. We were told the plate would be in Friday the 15th and they would contact us. It is now almost a week later and we still haven’t heard from them so we called them today, the part was never ordered and wasn’t in the system. I am so disappointed in this service and the dealership. We have bought two cars personally from Rairdon dealerships and I referred a friend to this Honda dealership who also bought a car. They have got plenty of business from us so for them to treat us so poorly over something as simple as a skid plate replacement is very sad. More
