I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment on a early (7:30)Friday morning with the expectation it would be ready by closing at 7pm. They had a couple tech call out sick so the repairs were delayed early (7:30)Friday morning with the expectation it would be ready by closing at 7pm. They had a couple tech call out sick so the repairs were delayed until the next day at 1pm. When I arrived I was told that the vehicle wasn’t ready and they didn’t know how long until it would be completed. After pressing further I was told Sunday end of day. I pressed for Sunday at noon because they had already ruined any chance of having a weekend. I received a call Sunday at 11:15 that the car was ready. It runs great and other than throwing the contents of my glovebox in the floorboard and leaving it there while checking the cabin filter, I am happy with the repairs. My problem is that they didn’t seem to care much about the delays and how it affected me as the customer. Tyler did give me a break on the cost of the oil change, but it would have been nice if they had done a little something more for the two day delay, since I spent just over $4,800 on vehicle maintenance with this visit. More
Worst experience ever! Before I drove my car for oil and filter change and I asked them if I can pay with my Apple pay because I am not carrying my cards (before confirming the appointment). The person on the phone told me yes we do accept apple pay but when I was done with everything and was about to pay my bill they suddenly turned me down saying we don't have apple pay. I had to call my friend and ask him to share his credit card details with me over the phone. Felt so embarrassed! Never going again. More
