I have a leak in front ire have for days I been going to fill up every morning took to dealer the tire guy says no leak. This is absolutely absurd and xx someone saying their is no leak when I know that the fill up every morning took to dealer the tire guy says no leak. This is absolutely absurd and xx someone saying their is no leak when I know that there is. Clearly that person is a xxxxxxx and didn't even get pebal lodged in my rear brake. This is a 2021 Honda accord that has a service contract and this horrible service dept doesn't want to maintain vehicles or care about our customer service. I could have gotten in wreck after leaving because issues weren't fixed. So I would not recommend buying from them I will never buy another Honda from Marysville dealer or any others if this is how they conduct business towards people. Worst experience ever, but the girl in service that helped was very nice to me and apologized for xx tire guy mechanic sounds to me they have unqualified xxxxxxxx back there. Thanks for screwing over a veteran. More
We brought our car in for a 60K maintenance and we were advised during check in that we were going to be getting a phone call when the car is ready- around 2.5 hours vs. the 4 hours we were quoted when I m advised during check in that we were going to be getting a phone call when the car is ready- around 2.5 hours vs. the 4 hours we were quoted when I made the appointment. Three hours later, still no word, we decided to check on the car, only to be told it’s been ready the entire time but we were not given a phone call because the rep who initially checked us in left for the day. It would have been nice to have a proper turnover in place whenever a rep needs to leave the facility. More
They are nice and professional but... I started servicing my vehicle there and noticed some issues twice. My reminder was never being reset after an oil chaqnge, which made me think - did it actually get cha my vehicle there and noticed some issues twice. Each time they were not rotated but my paperwork said they were. More
