The location is very good and the access is excellent. The personal are pleasing to talk with and provide all of the information needed to get done what I came for. I had service done to my vehicle. Left with a new noise and when I tried to have them fix it I was told it was something else that didn’t seem to be on the inspection report the first Left with a new noise and when I tried to have them fix it I was told it was something else that didn’t seem to be on the inspection report the first time. They wouldn’t even listen to my videos to try and identify they noise. They couldn’t replicate it so then the told me it’s spark plugs. WHAT?? So, nothing like spending 3k thinking you’re keeping up on things, to just feel more nervous rolling down the road hearing that noise EVERYTIME I start my car. But they couldn’t hear the noise. Working with another honda dealer that told me to turn them in. Yikes. Don’t go here. You get what you pay for. There is a reason they are cheaper… I have both inspection reports and the second one miraculously has spark plugs recommended days later. bbb has both copies and Nicole is the worst communicator I’ve ever worked with. They only time I heard from the dealer was when they called to tell me I needed something else fixed too (which was fine) and the dealership offering to sell me a new car. Think I’ll be buying a new car after putting 3k into mine? Yeah probably not… so also know you have to check in after not hearing from anyone for days. Just to hear her go “uhhhhhhh let me check.” ”uhhhhh I’m not sure.” Rairdon’s fix the problem the first time and I suggest hiring someone else in your service department. More
