Great service I took my 2010 Honda Accord in for service and again another job well done. Only thing I do not like is having to use your credit card for the snack machine. I will not use it. Whatever happened to the machine that accepted my cash?! My car was cleaned inside and out. They even put it through the car wash. This scared me because the last time my car went through the wash was a bad experience. And they had to do 3 hours of work to fix what the malfunctioning car wash did. But when they were done my car was so buffed out and shining that it looked like it had come off the floor room. My car has less than 23,000 miles on it and looks like new. I love the Mystic Green color. Please don't call me for a trade-in as I cannot afford payments on a new car. More

Waiting Had appointment to see car, settle on price/payment in less then a hour and waited 2.5 hours to see final person to complete paperwork. While waiting, Had appointment to see car, settle on price/payment in less then a hour and waited 2.5 hours to see final person to complete paperwork. While waiting, salesman went thru cars features and set up phone then I notice brand new car with 11 mile had a dent in passenger door. We talked to manager and got another car delaying final paperwork more because of vin number change. So after paperwork complete I find out the other new car has a bad battery and they were changing it which took 2 hours to replace and to clean car. So something that should have been about 1.5 hours took 4.5 hours. More
