Culture of Cover-up I will not purchase another car from this dealership after my experience, and I hope this review will be helpful for you if you choose to consider pur I will not purchase another car from this dealership after my experience, and I hope this review will be helpful for you if you choose to consider purchasing a used car from them. Know up front that whatever price you see on their website or other sales app, you need to automatically add $500 for vin etching, it's a "surprise cost" when you get to pricing. Our sales rep pushed the benefits of the etching during our inspection of the car, how it was "required by law" (maybe he misspoke), and how it can possibly save on insurance. The opinion of my insurance agent was that a discount for etching is "an old wives tale." Maybe they have changed their practices, but if not, now you know before going in. Also, mailing your license plates will cost you an extra $80. They also weren't straight forward with answers. We got three different answers to the question, "Do you automatically change all the fluids in your used cars." The answer wasn't Yes or No, but it kept changing. At one point the sales manager started talking really really fast in circular reasoning about it... it was very strange. I put in all new fluids afterward anyway, the point is they didn't just give a straight up answer, I'm not sure why. If you do go in, ask a lot of questions, and then ask them to prove what they say is true. Maybe the answers you will get will also not be consistent. On the test drive we noticed our car had a lot of lemon scented air fresheners, and the sales rep commented on the joys of the new car smell. Well, it's now six months later, well after all ~10 air fresheners have been removed from the car, and guess what, there is a lingering strange funk in the car that needs to be aired out every time. I'm thinking they tried to cover up the smell, instead of just selling the car with the smell as it was. That's not right to do. Another thing that appears to be covered up was a large hole in the drivers side floormat, and a large burn mark in the upholstery underneath. The reason why I say it was covered up is because there was this sticky plastic covering on the drivers side. The wording of the plastic says, "Protective Cover Must Be Removed By Dealer." They left it on, and we left it on, thinking it innocuous and would help keep the car clean. It wasn't until we removed it to vacuum the car that we noticed the burn mark. It appears they intentionally covered the damage, and intentionally didn't remove the plastic upon purchase to conceal the issue. That's not right to do. My advice would be to spend 30mins or so looking over the car after you test drive. Ask them questions, then ask them to prove their responses. From pricing talks to purchase, we were there about four hours anyway. If they don't want you snooping around the car for a long period of time, chances are you might be encountering the culture of cover-up. Be careful if you visit this dealership for the purchase of a used car. I came away feeling deceived from my experience, it didn't have to be that way, and I do hope they address these concerns. More

It all started with a fairly quoted baseline price via email which prompted us to call and made arrangements to come in that very day. We're were kindly greeted by the sales manager upon arrival who introduced us the the sales associate who sent the email. The process was a bit lengthy but the level of personalized attention and service was "second to none". They seamlessly managed our trade-in and provided the use of a courtesy car until the arrival of our addition with all the "bells and whistles". I know there might be varying experiences out there but ours was utterly fantastic and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new(er) vehicle. More

Not upfront & honest No pricing upfront (not on cars nor with salesperson). No pricing without signing paperwork & lots of extras added without asking. Held personal keys No pricing upfront (not on cars nor with salesperson). No pricing without signing paperwork & lots of extras added without asking. Held personal keys hostage for entire visit for Trade-In assessment (returned after demanding 3x). Over 45 min inside and NO financing estimate and would not provide without many personal financial documents. Overall friendly until you try to leave without purchasing. For being a “full-disclosure” dealership, we felt that very little information was available nor did we feel that they were fully honest with their dealings with us. More

Chris was pleasant to work with. I'm disappointed we didn't get the full Costco discount. Not really understanding the reasoning either. Not sure the manager liked us paying cash and not purchasing all didn't get the full Costco discount. Not really understanding the reasoning either. Not sure the manager liked us paying cash and not purchasing all these maintenance options he tried to sell us. Why do they have to go over all of them when you say no I don't need to hear them, we don't want them. Kind of got an attitude after we said no to them. Paying cash is bad? Love the car. I wouldn't recommend this for a costco discount More
