My husband took our Civic in to have the alternator replaced today. He dealt with Director Robert Lacher, and two gentlemen in the Service department (David & Trevor). We can’t begin to express the amazing customer service at this location. They were all extremely professional and took the time to make sure the service done to our vehicle was done to our satisfaction. My husband is very detail oriented when it comes to vehicle maintenance and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was pleased. It’s not often that you find a business that takes the time to give you phenomenal service, so we wanted to make sure it was shared. More
I bought a "certified used Honda" from these guys. I would simply tell anyone to go someplace else. They fixed a BUNCH of broken things that should never have passed the certified quality checks. The first time was the known issue of the condenser failure. But after that repair it doesn't work when it's hot out. It still doesn't work right. The service manager called me, and I explained the issues. She said she would "look into it" for me. Never heard back. A certified car should not need new speakers, the trunk lid fixed so it closes right, have broken seat release cables shoved up under the deck or other such things. Their "technicians" wanted to bill me 2.5 hours of "diagnosis time" to tell me my electric seat has a bad motor. Then they wanted 1200 dollars to replace the seat frame. This problem was there when I purchased the car! Either Honda has started making completely crappy cars (think hyundai) or this dealer dumped a lemon on me. No wonder it was on reduced price. Again, I would say stay away. Don't trust their service guys, they are very good at improving your gas mileage by significantly reducing the weight of the drivers wallet. My next move is to contact Honda directly. More
The two women that helped set my appt and pickup were nice and polite. She went back to grab one of the lead mechanics to reassure my lack of trust in the automotive industry. Went to Rairdons for the first time and was really impressed with the whole experience. They have amazing incentives like free oil changes for life and warranties for the life of your vehicle.
