Horrible FIRST car buying experience. DON'T GO HERE. A friend had recommended them to me. Got a brand new 2022 HRV in Dec 2021 but didn't get the actual car the day of purchase because th DON'T GO HERE. A friend had recommended them to me. Got a brand new 2022 HRV in Dec 2021 but didn't get the actual car the day of purchase because they didn't have it. We put our faith into them and signed the papers before getting the car. Once I got it, scratches were noted. Sales guy said they can be removed from detailing. Scheduled for detailing with sales guy because he said he'll talk to services about it. Went to the appointment and they said I wasn't on the schedule... I wasted my time going there just to have to schedule an appointment. Now going to my second appointment(different day). Got there and they had canceled my appointment stating that they had texted me so. I checked my phone and they canceled FIFTEEN mintues before my appointment; which means I was already half way there when they texted and driving so I didn't see it. Who cancels 15 mintues before?! Even after I called the day before to confirm. Third time scheduling with them and they said they'll pick up my car... they never did. Not only that, while I was driving the car, I had put the visor down to shield the sun and it popped out! I then I had to continue driving with one hand because the visor was swinging around. This is for a 2022 car that was only 2 wks into my possession. I've been hounding them down for 1.5 months to fix my car and it's still not fixed. Sales guy told me to go through him for everything but he definitely hasn't been relaying any of the information I've been giving to him to services. I've left so many messages, voice mails and texts. They stated that they've been trying to get a hold of me; I can definitely screenshot my call history and it'll show how many times I'VE tried contacting them. DON'T GO HERE. I've had better service at Klein Honda in Everett. Even after all this, no apology whatsoever. And again, car's still not fixed. Updated : After my car finally got "detailed," i noticed that my visor still wasn't fixed. When I went to get my plates picked up,I spoke to services about how my visor still wasn't fixed and that Rob, service supervisor, still hasn't contacted me. Jeff, in services, said that Rob was in a meeting and couldn't come out atm and that he didn't see any parts ordered for my car and it's best for me to contact Rob. Like I haven't been trying? So I told Jeff, how can parts be ordered when nobody has taken a peek at it? He was really trying to push me out the door at this moment. He finally had someone look at it and ordered me the parts. He said he'll give me a call once the part comes in; "which shouldn't be any later than by Friday". I've been so tired of trying to get this resolved that I decided to leave my review. Friday comes along and they still haven't contacted me. I'm calling them again; find out that the order is in but nobody contacted me. I proceed to make an appointment to get it fixed because I'm so tired of this dragging on. Day of appointment, I get there and Jeff "helps" me again. I told him that I had an appointment for my visor to be fixed and you see a realization on his face. And he goes OFF because I left a "bad review" and that i said I "wasn't going back so why (am I there)". I was in shock because my car hadn't been fixed yet! Why would I not come back when they haven't fixed my car?! There's no responsibility there. I even asked him why he didn't contact me back about my part and he said that it's because I left the review stating that I wouldn't come back so he "tossed" my number. This is a grown huge 6 foot guy raising his voice. I'm just in shocked at how I was treated. After this huge confrontation, I was crying sitting, waiting for my car to just be done and NOBODY in that place seemed to care that that even happened. There's no service here. My mom called them in regards to this and this is the first time Rob finally spoke to anyone in my family. And he said "it could've been handled better by both of them." If Rob had gotten back to me from the very beginning, this experience wouldn't have even happened. MULTIPLE occasions Zach, the sales guy, and Rob said that they'll be talking to each other but I don't know why Rob is still acting oblivious that there's something wrong with the car. And hey, 2022 and people film things now. First time ever have I had to do this and I'm glad i did. But unfortunately Google review doesn't allow me to upload the video More

I had service done to my vehicle. They wouldn’t even listen to my videos to try and identify they noise. They couldn’t replicate it so then the told me it’s spark plugs. WHAT?? So, nothing like spending 3k thinking you’re keeping up on things, to just feel more nervous rolling down the road hearing that noise EVERYTIME I start my car. But they couldn’t hear the noise. Working with another honda dealer that told me to turn them in. Yikes. Don’t go here. You get what you pay for. There is a reason they are cheaper… I have both inspection reports and the second one miraculously has spark plugs recommended days later. bbb has both copies and Nicole is the worst communicator I’ve ever worked with. They only time I heard from the dealer was when they called to tell me I needed something else fixed too (which was fine) and the dealership offering to sell me a new car. Think I’ll be buying a new car after putting 3k into mine? Yeah probably not… so also know you have to check in after not hearing from anyone for days. Just to hear her go “uhhhhhhh let me check.” ”uhhhhh I’m not sure.” Rairdon’s fix the problem the first time and I suggest hiring someone else in your service department. More
