Other than two people I interacted with, this was a horrible experience! They make you wait an incredibly long amount of time even though I was paying cash! The salesman said I could get two things d horrible experience! They make you wait an incredibly long amount of time even though I was paying cash! The salesman said I could get two things done to the car that I was buying, (big chip in windshield that is in the line of vision and $500 off to fix a couple other issues) then didn't after I initialed the paperwork. Also was told one number on my trade in then took it down $1000 at signing saying it was with the tax credit! I was furious by the time I left there!!! More

The service department has the worst customer service.
