Dissapointing Dashboard indicated airbag problem. Called dealership as I was concerned if safe to drive . They said bring it in and they could read the code to de Dashboard indicated airbag problem. We did that and no code came up and said we have to schedule appointment. I said we can be available anytime during that week and pleaded for an appointment as we drive 75 miles a day and not knowing if car was safe was scary but no concern was given and was told couldn't get us in for another week the following Tuesday which was today. Arrived for appt service tech was friendly. Confirmed dash light issue and oil change needed. Said it would be 1 hr and 15 min to determine issue so went to waiting area. After hearing nothing for 2 hours I went to ask. He said they found the simple problem as it was just a wire came loose under the seat. Great however we had to pay 178 bucks just for a loose wire under the seat!!!! Oil change was already pre paid for. Waited another half hour and was done. Walked away relieved it was nothing major but disappointed in lack of concern previous week and high cost of something so simple where parts and labor had to be minimal. We have had several jeeps over the years and just didn't feel good leaving today. I had to indicate yes or no for what I recommend so I said no but really it would just be neutral it wasn't horrific experience just disappointing. More
Horrible Service in the Service Center I was charged for service that wasn't done. When brought to the Service Mangers attention he was dismissive and unhelpful. I emailed the General Manger to share my experience and never received a response. Obviously there is a lack of pride all the way to the top. I will go to another dealership before allowing Rairdons of Monroe to service my vehicle. We are looking puchasing another Dodge vehicle and another dealership will get our money. More

Awful service center The service center has many people working there who have little to no knowledge. I left once only to have all the oil pour out before I reached home The service center has many people working there who have little to no knowledge. I left once only to have all the oil pour out before I reached home and had to be towed back to the dealership. This past oil change has caused a leak and now I need that fixed. You expect this from a quick oil change place but not a dealership. The worse part is the management offer nothing to compensate for the trouble. More

Great service Took my Jeep in for first oil change, went smoothly, and quick. Walked to local convenience store and bac, and it was done about 10 minutes later. Terrible for Service I went in for a recall repair, oil change and fuel filter change. What a nightmare! They called and said you are all done. When I arrived they charg I went in for a recall repair, oil change and fuel filter change. What a nightmare! They called and said you are all done. When I arrived they charged me and I left and had multiple lights on the dash. When I called back they said oh we know what they forgot.... So I had to go back and sit and wait and another 1:15 later they said I was ready again. They had to reflash the computer and they forgot to hook up a hose on fuel filter. Now my 60,000 truck smells like diesel fuel. More
