Steering problem I took my 05 Dodge Dakota in for a steering problem, they miss diagnosed the problem, threw parts at the problem with the steering without finding out I took my 05 Dodge Dakota in for a steering problem, they miss diagnosed the problem, threw parts at the problem with the steering without finding out the problem Including the first time I took it to them for repair I am now on the 3 rd try after they threw new parts after new parts and I still have the problem. They have now had the vehicle over a week. Their Service Dept. did stick with the job and were able in the end to make the repair. Joe, one of their service reps, stuck with me and he is a credit to the company. More

Sunday Service I had an issue with my Jeep Cherokee on a Sunday when the service department wasn't open. It was something to do with a coil and a spark plug. The manager Garret advised me not to drive it, but I was stuck without a way to get around and my husband was out of Monroe all day. Garret offered me a service loaner which totally saved the day. I really appreciated them extending that courtesy, it was a very stressful week with a ton of different things going on for my family, and if we had to try to shuffle cars around it would have been a nightmare.. They got my Jeep all fixed up and under warranty, so it only cost me $13. More
