I received courteous, honest, ethical and value added service. My salesman Stephen Carey was exceptional. Not only is he extremely competent, but fun to be around as well! In addition, the rest of the team, including managers, Kevin Graham and Larry White gave me 5 star service! I had an easy and fun time in the entire process. I would highly recommend Rairdons Dodge of Monroe without hesitation! More
James was always in communication with me from the beginning. We had setup a couple appointments for a test drive but due to my work schedule I had to postponed a few times. The day that was free for me was actually his day off, but he was willing to come in. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it when he was at the dealership. When I called him to let him know I was coming in, he explainedhe had a prior engagement but assured that I would be taking care of. When I arrived at the dealership I was linked up with the manager who then linked me up with Ted Davis, James' partner. Ted immediately setup the test drive with the vehicle I was looking at and answered my questions. During the negotiation period, he was pretty straight forward. His customer service skills are on point. With a background in HR and customer service relations, I appreciated his service. We negotiate for a lil bit and came to an agreement. Even though I think I could have gotten a better deal, I was satisfy with what I got. I was willing to 'pay' for the great customer service that was offered by Ted Davis. As a consumer we always try to get the best deal possible. I got the price range I was willing to pay and have to say both sides came out as winner. This was the best car shopping experience I have dealt with. The best thing was, it was straight to the point. I truly am enjoying my Lexus IS 300 and would recommend to others. Thank you James and Ted for making this experience a great one to remember. More
Over the past 15 years I have purchased nine different vehicles and dealt with nine different dealerships. My experience with these nine other dealerships is they will tell you just about anything to get vehicles and dealt with nine different dealerships. My experience with these nine other dealerships is they will tell you just about anything to get you to come in the door, then do whatever they can to keep you there. Furthermore, I am often confronted with words such as: "We need to keep the lights on", or I'm told they're offering their best price and as I walk out the door they lower it by another $500. I am always wondering what the real "best price" is. Rairdon's in Monroe was completely different. I was looking for a somewhat unique vehicle and after searching the new and used market for some time I concluding that Rairdon's had the largest selection of the vehicle I wanted. I started correspondence with Ted Davis via the internet and showed up at the dealership later that week. I really appreciated Ted's straight forward approach with the search process. He was quick to read my personality and equally as quick to find his potential in my search process. This is a rare quality, as I find far too many people who try to force their methods and ways upon me and I am quick to shut off communications with this approach. Going back to the beginning of my review, I determined a price I was willing to pay for a vehicle on their lot and during my discussions with Ted they exceeded my expectations, over the phone. Of course I was still apprehensive as I drove for an hour to get to the dealership. I would like to report however, Rairdon's and Ted really did deliver. They not only came through with the exact figures we discussed on the phone, for the product I wanted, they went above and beyond in every way. I am really pleased with the whole experience. I've already told 10 people about my experience and I have every intention of returning for a future vehicle purchase. Thanks! More

As it was late at night, we didn't make our decision until the next day, but when all was said and done, the price Ted Davis quoted us was EXACTLY the same. No add ons, no back room deals, etc. Ted was completely honest, professional, and upfront with us, and we felt no sales pressure. I've been tossing back and forth a F-150 or a Dodge Ram for months. I found Dodge of Monroe and looked on their website and saw they not only had an almost new F-150, but they had a great selection of new for months. I called and made a appointment with Manny and he walked me through both trucks. His knowledge and his pros and cons for each were honest and truthful, I don't think he pushed me into a Dodge. I purchased a brand new Dodge Ram 2500 and I dealt with Chris in finance to get it financed. Everything went really great, it's been at the ranch for a week and it's the best employee I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new truck, they know their stuff. More

I hate pushy, in-your-face car salesman, or really ANY salesman that is like that. I had looked around at a couple of dealerships in Seattle for a used Jeep Liberty. After reading the blog that Jeep of Monroe has, I found the perfect Liberty. The only problem was it was gone by the time I got there, but they showed me a new one and got me into it for what I was expecting to be paying for a used one. If you are looking for a down to earth, no pressure and honest experience, I highly recommend going in and working with these guys. They all seemed to be like that, however these were the sales and finance people that I personally worked with. More

Don't get me wrong, I love Dodge vehicles. I am a disabled mom of one 5 yr old and one on the way so, I went to trade my car in for another more family friendly but, the salesman, James Potts, was v disabled mom of one 5 yr old and one on the way so, I went to trade my car in for another more family friendly but, the salesman, James Potts, was very rude, decieving, and lied about pretty much every thing. I was taken advantage of so I later talked to Mr. White and he was very kind and understanding, and set things right for me. More
My husband and I went to this dealership to look at two used cars we had seen on the website for this dealer. I called first to make sure that both cars were there and they advised me that they were and w used cars we had seen on the website for this dealer. When we arrived at the dealership they advised me that one of the cars was sold and no longer ava. but they had some other cars on the lot that we could look at. We did end up purchasing the one car that they had there that we wanted but did not get the other one as they told us it was sold. When we received the car it only had one key with it and I asked the salesman if there was another key as the one he gave us said spare he advised me that there was another key but he would have to find it and get back with me when he did. I never heard back from him so I called a couple days later and he advised me that he was still looking for the key and would call me back, never got a call back so I called the manager John Brody to complain. They did find the other key within a couple of minutes and my husband went to pick it up and when he did they told him they had tried to call but the number they had was no good funny because about 10 minutes after I talked to John, Jimmy called me and advised me that there was not a second key and we would have to get one made for the car how could Jimmy call me back if the number was incorrect. Overall the experience with this dealership was just not good and I do not think I would ever go back to this dealership to purchase another car. The saga continues with the fact that a couple of days later I went on the website again and the other car we wanted was still on the website so we called the dealer in Kirkland and they advised us that the car was still ava and was in Bellingham and if we wanted to see it they would get it for us. My husband told them yes and they sent someone to Bellingham to pick up the car. Funny that they told us in Monroe that the car had been sold. I am going to give a rating for the Kirkland store also which will be wonderful and if we ever do need another car or have any friends who need a car Kirkland will be the store we will be refering them to. More
