My Jeep was having transmission problems. I got right in, worked with Alissa who was awesome, turned out it was a software issue, which was way less expensive than I expected! My experience is with Rairdon CDJR’s service department. I don’t have high expectations when it comes to dealership service. So I was extremely surprised by how great Rairdon’s team is. In total, I interact I don’t have high expectations when it comes to dealership service. So I was extremely surprised by how great Rairdon’s team is. In total, I interacted with 5 people there, and everyone was helpful and friendly. Seeing how busy they were, with phones ringing off the hook while up to their necks with vehicles and customers, it’s really commendable that they all seemed to be keeping their cool and positivity. Great folks to work with. The department itself is clean, tidy, and organized. They seem to have a good efficient system working. Look: this isn’t a fancy dealership, or a large one. The showroom itself is nearly claustrophobic in size, but the service area is nicely laid out. And I just got my vehicle back yesterday… if there are still problems, I might change my tune. But first impressions matter quite a bit, and this place made a great one. Thanks to Cam, Mohammed, and the rest of the team for making this whole experience work so well. If this is what I can expect in the future, it’s definitely worth the trek across the bridges. More
