We are always happy to assist our customers in any way possible to have warranty repairs performed on their vehicles. The end decision as to what repairs to perform and what repairs to not perform are solely at Chrysler's discretion. In RJ's case, the current repair needed is different than repairs performed in the past. The previous repair performed on RJ's vehicle was done as goodwill because his vehicle was out of warranty. As the vehicle is more than 20,000 miles out of warranty, Chrysler will not authorize further repairs.

I am so happy to see that the Attorney general of Washington State: Bob Ferguson has taken note of their bad behavior and they now will have to pay $74,000 for the misleading mailers.

Well I finally managed to come to a conclusion with this whole set of issues. After all of the problems and frustrations that this dealership caused and imposed upon me the end result was that when I was speaking to the Customer Relationship/Dealer Standards Manager I received a question as to what I wanted to make this better and seeing as how I had not thought of a way, due to the horrible situation, he simply stated that he was sorry and ended the conversation. I would have thought that with all that I had been put through I would have received a little more than that. This problem should have been taken all of the way up the organization and that the upper management would have been informed of all of the terrible ways that my new vehicle and I had been treated. With that then a letter of apology would have been penned and sent out. To me, it feels that these issues were just swept under the rug and that nothing would or has been done about this type of treatment to a customer.
