I was experiencing weird ignition problems and texted Meaghan that I needed to drop off the car and get a rental. Even though she was in a training class she responded and told me what to do. Instead of diagnosing the problems and contacting me with the solutions to move forward, they took it upon themselves to monkey with the steering for an hour, fail to fix it, and charge me $148 for their failure. They did the same for the clutch, except they failed to even find out what it is, and charged me another $148 for that failure. They then added an un-itemised catch-all "shop charge" for $45 (illegal in many states), telling me it was for temporary (paper) floor mats, (plastic) seat cover, and oil disposal, none of which was itemized. The paper mats are probably 10 for a penny. It could have been for Starbucks for all I know. In addition to refusing to itemize the shop charge, they would not give me a recipe when I left my car with them. So adding the tax to the whole thing came out to $491.03, and all I went away with was an oil change and tire rotation. THIEVERY. More
300+ dollar buttons. Rairdon's wanted 300+ to fix the cancel button the size of your pointer finger nail on the steering wheel. It took me 2 min on YouTube to find the fix Rairdon's wanted 300+ to fix the cancel button the size of your pointer finger nail on the steering wheel. It took me 2 min on YouTube to find the fix and $30 for the factory part, less the 10 minutes to fix. Think about that... I paid $30 dollars from Mopar (no deal, no sales, just a straight transaction). So Rairdon's wants over $270+ dollars to undo 8 screws and drop in the button. For a total time of 10 min. I had the argument with a buddy and he said "Oh well it must be in the official repair book and it says to bill 2 hours for that button." Here is the link to the Mopar button for 30 dollars. AND the You Tube fix... https://www.mymoparpart.com/p/Jeep_2011_Wrangler/Cruise-Control-Switch-Cruise-switch-ONOFF-SWITCH-SWITCH/51137125/56046094AF.html?partner=googlebase_adwords&kwd=&origin=pla https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4uSY2A0KlY Now then common sense says the book is wrong because the fact of the matter is it doesn't take 2 hours multiple YouTube videos and again common sense prove that out, you shouldn't be charging 300+ dollars for a SINGLE part and less then 10 min of time. They also wanted to charge me 200-300 or so for the O/D off button fix. Its a plastic button near the shiftier. Again about the same cost and time to fix it myself... And lastly had a check engine light which is to only thing that I authorized them to fix. The code was "P0456" or "Evap Emission System leak (very small)" Its fixed now but 700+ dollars later (I did get the oil changed and regular maintenance as well)... After I discover the actual level of effort and cost to fix things, then compared it to what they wanted to bill me... even taking into account of having a pro mechanic fix it they are gouging... How so? Well... $300 bucks in labor for a 10 min job (if you took you time!)... that is about $1800 dollars an hour... I wont be back. As an aside... the customer service team is great as usual and they are wonderful people... I have 0 issues at all with them... but the pricing policies and the unbelievable mark up to what could have been a return customer in a year or two... this is totally a Rairdon's Sr. Management/owners issue. I certainly would have liked one of those 5 star visits I see. More

Great Customer Service - Excellent communication Just bought a '14 Wrangler. Took it to Rairdon's for some work that needed to be done; preventative maintenance. Was impressed with the team on site Just bought a '14 Wrangler. Took it to Rairdon's for some work that needed to be done; preventative maintenance. Was impressed with the team on site - Service Techs specifically. Worked with Chris on site and he took great care of us. Explained work that needed to be done, and why. Gave me a proper estimate for work and followed up to ensure we were aligned. Busy place, lots going on; yet took the time to work with us. I'd recommend for any Jeep work.... More

An additional $50 on top of the already high price of nearly $800 for a radiator. They wouldn't release my car without paying the unexpected extra fee for "gloves and screws etc". The service manager was supposed to call the next day but of course she didn't. Previously for a repair they sent back a part I'd paid for. I suspect they padded the labor to cover the part cost. Didn't honor the previous price. The car was totaled in an accident recently and I'm in the market for a new car but I will not be going to Rairdon. More
So-so, 3.5 stars. I rounded up to 4, but honestly it's about a 3 or 3.5. I have had worked with other Ram dealerships in the area and their service departments wouldn't answer the phone, were booked about almost a month in advance and lacked a friendly courtesy. Having now come to Rairdon, though it's a longer drive for me than other dealerships, I will be back. Meaghan Mansfield and her co-workers was very friendly and helpful, found time in the service schedule just a few days out and and when any issue arose it was solved faster than it was found. More

I also ordered a minor part for the cargo area which did not come with a screw and I was told I need to provide my own screw, "good luck", which for a high end SUV Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, I thought was pretty unprofessional.
