Lack of follow up This has been one of the most disappointing experiences with a dealer. The representative over promised, under delivered, doesn’t communicate, and I’ This has been one of the most disappointing experiences with a dealer. The representative over promised, under delivered, doesn’t communicate, and I’m still waiting for my car to be repaired. Last I heard the part under warranty was lost, they were overnighting a new one. Still waiting to hear from that representative. In the meantime I’m driving around without a functioning control unit so My speedometer and gas gauges don’t work. It’s been over 3 weeks. No apologies or trying to get it corrected by the dealer rep. I’ll never trust Rairdon with my business again. More
Worst for service , I had to vist them two weekends and spend all these days for simple recalls, no SLA, no updates you need to tell hi and ask for updates regularly. , I had to vist them two weekends and spend all these days for simple recalls, no SLA, no updates you need to tell hi and ask for updates regularly. After spending 6 hrs on my service they mentioned that I need to come again for missing part for a recall - When they don’t have parts why they can not inform upfront not after so that customer can comeback one more time finish his work same time. started my day with 2 hrs time and ended up with spending whole day. Sad part is that they don’t even have shuttle or drop, you are forced to stay at their mercy of time. More
Unhappy with response on Cherokee transmission problem I have taken my 2015 Cherokee to Rairdon 5 times trying to get the transmission fixed. They continue to tell me there is nothing wrong; there is no f I have taken my 2015 Cherokee to Rairdon 5 times trying to get the transmission fixed. They continue to tell me there is nothing wrong; there is no fault code; and Jeep won't do anyting. I am frustrated and unhappy. I love the car but the transmission is rapidly becoming a danger to my safety. More
Terrible Customer Service I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also told the person helping me (Ben) that my electrical was acting up and that my car has the extended I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also told the person helping me (Ben) that my electrical was acting up and that my car has the extended warranty package; he told me that I needed a separate appointment for that service so I told him to please get me on the books for the following week ...what Ben failed to tell me was that this service was going to be 1/2 a day so when I showed up for my appointment, I was left with vehicle and no loaner (since apparently this has to be requested ahead of time) for most of the day. This was super frustrating to say the least! When I called to see if my car was ready after 3 hours, I was told it had not even been looked at yet, so what is the point in making an appointment when your car just sits for hours ...I have a maintenance package with this dealership so obviously cannot just move on to another dealer, but will definitely be avoiding Ben in the future, oh and Service left some other vehicles paperwork in my car! On a brighter note, the kid that shuttled me home was super friendly and even helped me when I returned to pick up my car ....I'm bummed that I cannot remember his name but I think he is head of the valet service. He was GREAT so at least my experience wasn't totally crappy. More
Not great customer service I went in to get a key fixed. They gave me no heads up that even if they couldn't fix the key, they would still charge me the $90 fee. They told me wrong information 3 times and tried to tell me that my key wasn't factory (I confirmed later on that it absolutely was). The communication between the actual guy working on my car and the front desk was so unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this particular dealership. More

Terrible service and commitment I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told me they have a smaller work force on Sundays and they were working on another job and there was no way they could do the work. The next day I called the service manager who defended the practice. I dealt with three people and two of the three were just rude. It was clear they really did not care. I will not be a return customer. More
Stop, please, just go elsewhere... you have been warned Service dept is beyond terrible. Poor install, ignore all emails regarding as such. Simple water pump recall... 2hrs is book time. Been at this dealership for 17 working hours.. still no call on completion. This is also after I called to check status at the 13hr mark and was told he would check and call me back.... NOPE.... So, in short Do Not Go Here! More
