We brought the jeep in last year to have leaks repaired. Either they missed one intentionally, they did a poor job with the initial assessment, or are not honoring the warranty on the work. Took my 2011 Jeep GCL in for a recall and additional service, which included Lube service and brakes all around. They gave me a loaner, and finished the job in great time, with additional discounts wit service, which included Lube service and brakes all around. Horrible service department waited 4 hours for oil change and that’s express service. I was told an hour on the phone and no appointment necessary. I came down from Bellingham as this is where I bought the c and that’s express service. I was told an hour on the phone and no appointment necessary. I came down from Bellingham as this is where I bought the car and told I had to get the 1st oil change done there. Manager just gave excuses should’ve jumped in and helped his team. They should have a VIP lane if you bought the car from them. Terrance service department rep. who signed me in was rude from the get go. I will never go back to the service department again. More
Had issue with Jeep on weekend they couldn’t help that day, never even bothered to come out to parking lot to look at it. Ended up making an appointment for three days later. The gal that processed my dro day, never even bothered to come out to parking lot to look at it. Ended up making an appointment for three days later. The gal that processed my drop off was great. The price however was through the roof for a thermostat replacement that included a $150+ assessment fee. Plus’s the cost for the loaner which I don’t recall paying on previous (also overpriced service) visits to that dealership. With todays competition for customers only the young lady who processed my work seemed to care. I will certainly shop around next time. More
