I “followed” Meghan here from a different Jeep dealership for servicing my 2019 Ram and my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon. My Gladiator just recently developed an issue with its HVAC. Brought it in, provided step-by for servicing my 2019 Ram and my 2021 Gladiator Rubicon. My Gladiator just recently developed an issue with its HVAC. Brought it in, provided step-by-step on how to repro the issue. Meghan made great efforts documenting it and setting me up with a loaner - However, when I came to pick up my truck, I was advised that the mechanics were unable to find any issues. Since Meghan was OOF at that time, I had another service advisor sit in my vehicle while I showed her the steps needed to repro. Took me about 45 seconds, following the exact steps Meghan documented on the service call for the mechanics. The service advisor confirmed that, my steps to repro actually generated the results and asked me to schedule for another visit. Additionally, I also had another issue/concern with the transmission making buzzing sounds on 2nd gear up shifts when tranny temp above 185. Mechanic took my truck on a 3-mile test drive, came back and stated “problem cannot be repro’d. (3-miles just not enough for temp to reach 185) At the beginning of 2020 I had legit reasons for leaving this dealership and look elsewhere for getting my vehicles serviced. I decided to revisit Kirkland Jeep bc of Meghan joining the team there. But, as it turns out the skills of the mechanics and knowledge base, their ability to troubleshoot and FOLLOW written instructions is still lacking. Meghan is still a rock-star in my book, her PR skills and willingness to help her customers is outstanding! That being said, I feel that she is being let down by the rest of her team and for this reason alone, I am probably going to look elsewhere. More
