I had a very unpleasant experience with the Jeep service center recently. The customer service was appalling. On Tuesday 7/18 I dropped my vehicle off for various issues I’ve been experiencing as well as so center recently. The customer service was appalling. On Tuesday 7/18 I dropped my vehicle off for various issues I’ve been experiencing as well as some normal maintenance. On Friday 7/21 I called to check in on the status of my vehicle as no one had reached out to give me an update yet. The service advisor on the phone informed me that my driveshaft had been modified and I would need to approve 2 hours of labor to look into it further. I told her this was an issue as my driveshaft has not been modified by me or authorized to be modified by me. She then told me she would need to speak with the technician and call me back in a few minutes. A couple of hours went by and I did not hear back so I reached back out and they told me that I would need to call back Monday and speak with the Service Manager. I did not wait until Monday and took it upon myself to reach out to FCA and open a case against this dealer. Over the course of the next few days their story as to why they wouldn’t work on my vehicle under Warranty change twice more. On Tuesday 7/25, someone reached out to me and then explained to me they had found impact damage under my car from off-roading and it would be about $900 to repair. I told them I would not like them to do the repairs as I don’t trust them. they then went on to try and bribe me by dropping the price down to $600 but ONLY if I gave them “10s” on their surveys as anything lower is considered a fail. I declined and let them know I would like to pick my vehicle up. Upon picking my car up I did pay for an alignment they supposedly did however once I left I wasn’t sure if they actually performed that service or they just did a terrible job as my alignment is worse than when I originally brought it in. (Attached is a picture of me driving straight) In addition, the pricing was not transparent. I was told the repair to my pinion flange was going to cost $900. That’s odd as I just purchased the part on the Mopar parts website for $150 shipped and was informed by another dealer that the labor on this type of repair should only be 1.5 hours of work. Overall, my experience at the Jeep service center was very frustrating and disappointing. There seems to be a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. I was without my vehicle for over a week with no real resolution, the service employees story changed daily and it all just seemed very shady. I'm now out the price of an alignment and have no desire to deal with this dealership to try and resolve that issue much less any other future service needs. I thought it was just the sales side of this dealer that was bad but turns out it was the entire dealership, it's sad as there are a few nice employees there but it seems the dealer's morals and standards are lacking. Last year when I was shopping for my new 4xe I had this dealer run some numbers and they seemed a little high, I ended up going to Auto-nation Jeep of Bellevue and purchased a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with more features than what I was shown at the Kirkland dealership and their numbers ended up being $200/month cheaper in comparison to Jeep Kirkland. Maybe I hold Jeep to too high of a standard after coming from more luxury brands such as Audi and BMW however it is extremely disappointing as a first-time Jeep owner. More
LACK OF RESPECT AND THEY THREATENED US Ok, if you are considering using this company as a place for inspections with your insurance - DON'T DO IT. Me and my husband had a horrible experience with Rairdon considering using this company as a place for inspections with your insurance - DON'T DO IT. Me and my husband had a horrible experience with Rairdon's. There was a lot wrong with our vehicle, my husband is a car junky, he found lots of issues. But our insurance wanted a professional company to take a look. This company didn't hardly look at anything. They never turned the vehicle on and never looked at the electrical issues it was having. They cleared the vehicle as not totaled, even though there is mold under the seats, there is leaking behind the seats from rust damage in the back of the cab and leaking from the ceiling behind the light, and the electrical was all sorts of damaged. (it was flooded before we received it and the dealership we bought from failed to mention that and we had to dig beyond the vin number to find out that it was flooded in Canada before it was sold to us. But I digress). On top of not assisting us in truly giving this vehicle a proper inspection, Rairdon's returned the vehicle to us in the state you see in our pictures. We cannot turn the vehicle on. Our key will not go into the ignition, it doesn't fit. The ignition is stuck on the "run" setting, so it cannot be turned off completely. We can stick our finger in there and turn it WITHOUT the key. It is ruined. We have no power to the vehicle, there are no lights, no locking from the doors without the door key, nothing. Second, our glove compartment is off its hinges and there were screws laying all over the cab. There was garbage left laying around and stickers that were not removed and are now stuck. And our license plates were removed from the vehicle and stuck inside (for some weird bazar reason). There is marker on front bumper, not sure why. In short, our vehicle looks vandalized before it was returned back to us. It's like, after we requested that the truck be returned to us, cause we were told by insurance they would cover nothing but a deep clean, the dealership just - stopped all work and left it where they ended. They did not put our truck back together in anyway for us to try and salvage anything from it to be usable again. There was no respect for another persons property shown in this dealerships handling. On top of all of this, because our insurance moved so slow (yes we will be moving to a different insurance company lol) but because they moved so slow - our truck was at this dealership for 97 days. 97 DAYS. So we worked with our insurance in getting the storage of over $2000.00 paid to them before they would release our truck to us. When insurance wasn't communicating with the dealership or the dealership communicating with insurance, my husband was called by Megan at the dealership. Megan informed my husband that our truck would be getting impounded if we didn't pay the storage fee within the next day or two. Because the truck was in claim we were unable to do anything but try to work with our insurance on getting it paid sooner. Two weeks later, insurance finally moves, informs us that our truck was NOT impounded. So Rairdon's threatened us and they tried to coerce us to pay the OVER $2000 right away by Raridon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland. They threatened us, and we literally could do nothing. I would recommend everyone off of this company, do NOT use them. Do NOT buy from them. They were not helpful in the slightest. More
