I love my van that I bought at the Kirkland store from James Price in July. I researched everything on the Internet before I went in to test drive and look at color. Their site is easy to use and has lots of info and photos. They had the best prices by far and posted their price breakdown in a window sticker on their website. When I got there, they allowed me to look at the invoice, which matched what I had seen online. Satisfied with the price, I was only unsure about my trade. I really wanted to sell it myself unless they could give me what I wanted for it and I didn't think that would happen, especially after the great price I got on the van. But, after some negotiation (not too painful), I was able to get everything I wanted and felt totally in control of the experience. They were great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to a friend. More
